I am old school. I just rediscovered Merle Norman.. (I used to use this a million years ago) and went back to it. I love it. Although I still feel like I have nothing on by noon time. I have this problem with whatever I wear.

I use this too, but I use Philosophy-Hope in a Jar SPF 30 moisturizer under it.
It's good coverage but not too heavy.
If you don't feel it's enough coverage, try the IT CC Cream. I used it in the past and liked it too. It's a little heavier than the Bye Bye Foundation.
Also, check QVC - they sometimes run a good special on IT cosmetics.

I use the IT CC cream most of the time, but I also use the Loreal Pro Glow and like it. High end - maybe Nars Sheer Glow? If you have a Sephora local to you, you can get samples of several different foundations to try.

Have you tried the L'Oreal Rosy Tint moisturizer? It's the product that has Helen Mirren in the ads. It's not a foundation, per se, but with the tint, it gives me just enough color when I'm not using the Clinque foundation I use when I want a little more coverage.

I'm 71 and used Clinque for at least 25 or 30 years but gave up like Spongemom Scrappants when it just didn't work for me any longer. I've been using No7 Dual Action Tinted Moisturiser for about a year now and like how my skin looks. I also use Cerave AM in the morning and PM at night.

My skin is dry and when I hit my early 50's (menopause) it got even drier. I completely switched up my makeup and skin care a couple years or so ago.
I use It Cosmetics Your skin but better CC Cream. I use It Cosmetics Bye Bye under eye cream and Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Cream to moisturize my face.

Thanks for all the ideas...might go into Ulta and look. I always have a hard time picking the right shade too... If you have a Sephora near you, go there. You can get samples to take home and try.
