I need a new printer. I have always had a Canon printer but I am not liking their current under $200 or close to $200 selections. Both the HP 7855 and Epson's XP-960 are comparable in price. Does anyone own either of these printers? What do you like about them? Thanks lovely people. Update: So I waited a week to decide and the Epson expression 960 is all sold out. Everywhere. Epson is coming out with a newer version (970) at the end of October for $300. Needing a printer before that I went and checked on the HP Photo Envy 7855 and it is on sale at best buy for $129. For the same price as the Epson I got the printer, photo paper and ink. Plus I signed up for the ink program that has the ink delivered to your door. Thanks for all your suggestions. Here is the best buy link in case anyone else needs a photo printer right NOW.

I switched from Epson to HP for my everyday printer this summer. I've been very happy. I have one of the $50 models with instant ink. It works smoothly and my model has a scanner as well.
It prints photos well. I'm going to be getting some HP paper as the photos don't dry well with the Epson paper I have.

Have you looked at the canon 9521? I have it and love it. I love printing my own 12x12 paper. It also does photos beautifully.

I have the XP630 and I love it. I’m sure an updated model would be better.
