WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been hospitalized after experiencing chills and fever.
In a statement Saturday, the court's public information office says Ginsburg was admitted Friday night to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
The court says Ginsburg was initially evaluated at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington before being transferred to Johns Hopkins for further evaluation and treatment of any possible infection.
The court says that with intravenous antibiotics and fluids, her symptoms have abated and she expects to be released from the hospital as early as Sunday morning.

Noooo! I hope she gets better soon and can maintain good health until after the election (and that we get a Dem president).

But after the precedent that was set with Merrick Garland, I think even if for whatever reason she couldn’t continue in her role it’s much too close to the election to let the current occupant of the White House decide on a replacement, don’t you?

Won't stop the Reps.from doing it. They are the biggest Hippocrates.

Moscow Mitch has already said he will expedite a new justice! He will not wait! A HUGE reason to WIN the Senate.... Do not forget Amy McGrath to defeat Moscow Mitch..... Even a few bucks would help!

She has been released from the hospital. And while it would be an invasion of privacy for her, I really want to be part of an urgent nation-wide prayer chain that is alerted immediately when anything happens with her health. Even if it is just acting with an abundance of caution on her part. I would have no problem with dropping everything and alerting the next ten people on the list and immediately focusing on prayers. I would absolutely take part of that prayer chain.

Yea, but Ole Mitchy Mitch is still in charge. I'm sure he'll see the error of his ways and not hold up the nomination this time round. /sarcasm
