I saw one take place in front of Hogwarts Castle at Universal. It was very sweet.

I bought a similar one & it was complete junk. It didn’t clean or dry my brushes. I threw it out after 1 use. Like others have said, it’s much easier to run them under the tap and dry overnight.

We moved into this home as a new build 5 years ago & so all the appliances were new then. We do have a deep freezer though, that we bought in 2001. It’s been though 5 moves and still runs great. My oldest small appliance is a Cuisinart food processor. I remember I bought it in 2003 because that’s when I decided to start making my own baby food for ds2. It got used a lot those first 2 years. Now, I may use it once or twice a year.

I always write out the addresses and use return address labels. If I send out photo cards, I don’t sign the cards. Sometimes I’ll write “Merry Christmas” on the back. If I’m sending out regular cards, I sign them with all our names.

I ended up getting Brooklyn, North Carolina (that's the BBQ sauce one) Missouri, Wisconsin, Washington DC, and the orange chicken. I want the Brooklyn one! I may or may not have an obsession with these bags, lol

There is 1 bag that is a nod to their frozen orange chicken-their best selling item. It’s not state specific. It has orange chickens, orange slices, chopsticks & some Chinese letters.

My older kids got their first phones 9 years ago when they were in 4th & 5th grade. They were flip phones. It was also the time we got rid of our landline. Our youngest got a basic smartphone when he was in 5th grade, which mostly stayed on our counter. He only took it to things like sleepovers. They all started getting IPhones in 7th/ 8th grade.

Dress shopping is just the beginning of many more events leading up to the wedding. You & your estranged daughter need to find a way to get along for the sake of the bride. Go to all the events, be cordial, hold back any sadness, resentment or anger between you & estranged daughter. Don’t try to solve your problems in the midst of what should be the happiest time for your other daughter.

I was named after the actress Rhonda Fleming, as was every other Rhonda I've ever met. My middle name was after my mom's sister.

Neither one particularly bother me. I say Aldi and Home Depot. I don’t recall ever hearing someone put “the” in front of it.

I’ve been getting mine at Fresh Market the last 5 years. Sometimes I get a fresh turkey and sometimes a precooked one. I’ve always been happy with what I’ve ordered including the sides.

I also really enjoyed A Gentleman in Moscow. I’m reading The Grammarians right now which is very good. I highly recommend the Inspector Gamache series by Louise Penny. Each book is a great mystery with outstanding writing & great character development.

I would pull out every real plate I own before I would use paper plates. I hate the wastefulness of it. We’ve stopped using almost every type of paper products here. Clean up isn’t that bad, I will even put my good china in the dishwasher.

Thank you to all our peas who have served! My husband is a 26 year Army veteran.
I am also happy & proud to know a WWII veteran. He’s 96 years old and was a bomber pilot.

I started using it while watching Designated Survivor-Kiefer Sutherland always seemed to be mumbling & I couldn’t understand him so I turned it on. I liked it, so I never turned it off.

Class of 81-I still have all 4 of mine. DH also has all of his (different HS than me). I have a few of my grade school ones. My mom & dad are class of 55 and they still have theirs.

I agree with Merge, the seats on flights I’ve been on only recline a small bit. I’ve never been bothered by someone reclining their seat and I’m 5’8”, so I get that we’re crammed in there. I’m much more annoyed by the people that spread over into my area. If you’re in the middle seat, yes, you get both armrests, but don’t poke me with you elbow. And, keep you feet and legs under the seat in front of you, don’t let them wander over into my space.

We went from an Expedition to an Odyssey and 6 months ago we got a GMC Acadia. I love it. I feel like it sits higher than the Odyssey, but not as high as the Expedition. The Expedition & even the Odyssey are too big for us now. The Acadia is perfect for us now.

I only use Mr/Mrs for people of my parents generation, so in their 70s/80s. However, for something more formal like a wedding, I’d use Mr/Mrs/Ms for everyone depending on their situation.

I love black licorice! I bought a small bag of All Sorts today and could barely control myself to not eat the whole bag. One fell on the floor and, yes, I picked it up & ate it :-p

I think it’s a nice idea, but I wish it wasn’t necessary. I don’t get people who think teenagers are “too old” for TOT. I happily give candy to anyone who knocks on my door. I don’t even care if they don’t say thanks.

My DH & I have been to a few over the years. They are called galas here. We always have a great time and I think it’s fun to get all dressed up. In fact, we have one coming up in November for my niece’s sorority. Three in one year would be too much, though.
