He did actually. He said that he's used that once. Is it invasive? He didn't really say much about it. It's not at all invasive. It's like a mini ultrasound. Very comfortable and works well. Thank you!

I had a dream last night that I met cadoodlebug in person and she was just a sweet and bubbly as you'd expect. She was also pregnant. She told me she wanted to surprise us. So, surprise! LOL Not half as surprised as my OB/GYN. She says I'm her first 71 year-old to be expecting triplets. I've been running errands all morning and, after leaving the Post Office, found a big truck parked next to me so close I had to climb in the passenger side door and wiggle my way into the driver's seat. You must still be in your first trimester if you're able to wriggle across the front seats! I made a new dish that I'd been wanting to try for a while: Thai Son-in-law Eggs. DSO and I loved it. Tamarind is my "flavour of the month", so tangy and delicious. I'm on a tamarind kick right now, too. I might use this sauce for a stir fry. Montannie! It is my baby boy's birthday, too. He woke me early before heading off to write his last finals so I could say happy birthday and bugged me to get out of bed. I told him I was still exhausted from giving birth 21 years ago. His big birthday dinner is Sunday but he still gets to pick the menu tonight so Panda Express is coming in the house. Specifically, Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef and Chow Mein for him. I'm not sure if DH will join him - I'm going to have roast vegetables and quinoa tonight because we are going to a steakhouse on Sunday. He also wants a collection of mini Nothing Bundt Cakes so he doesn't have to settle on one flavor for his birthday cake.

I had a dream last night that I met cadoodlebug in person and she was just a sweet and bubbly as you'd expect. She was also pregnant. She told me she wanted to surprise us. So, surprise! I did see your beautiful afghan. I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking at it!! Also I wondered if Jeremy was naked behind it!! mother who was less than happy with how her daughter was being treated by her son-in-law. So, she serves him the deep-fried eggs to let him know that if he’s not careful, his jewels are next in the frying line." a stroller so she can tote that little Tiger around Baton Rouge and brag, and then some birth control pills or a diaphragm, or an IUD, but alas, to no avail. "that little tiger" made me giggle, annnnd, I'm picturing doodlebug happily strolling around with him They are so caught up in laughing, guffawing, chuckling, and chortling about the pregnancy news that no one can launch. Maybe tomorrow. Your arrows are so fun! THANK YOU, dear dinner tribe, for giving me MUCH needed giggles! Hmmm......all of these posts have a common theme-----men's "bits" scrapmaven ...To answer your question, I'm not actually coughing (although that would be even better), but I AM doing the deep breathing. I am VERY discouraged, because it's been an entire week, and the pain just gets WORSE. I did some googling last night and found some wonderful stretches to do, and they helped a TINY bit. I'm trying VERY hard not to be upset at being stuck at home AGAIN. Montannie . ...Have a PAWsome, wonder-BULL Birthday!

It’s Men’s night tonight and it got cancelled. In th meantime I only bought enough sushi for me for dinner. This is a new plot twist I haven’t seen for a while. He doesn’t want sushi either and I think he is in pain.

Well, I didn’t end up making the tuscano soup, because the 10yo came home early from school with a cold that had him feeling really yuck. I loaded him up with chicken soup and meds, and now he’s playing whatever the hell it is he plays online with his stepbrother and friends. Anyway, we both had soup for late lunch, so I was no longer excited about making more soup. Maybe tomorrow. We’ll eat something simple here in a little while when we get hungry again. Happy birthday to Montannie and also to bc2ca’s son! maryland, I am very blasé about these things. The world is a dirty place. Rice and noodles routinely come with bugs in them. I shake out the bugs and carry on. If I found a cooked bug in a pot of rice, I’d scoop it out and serve dinner. Don’t worry, none of you are invited over to my house to eat! KelleeM, I meant to tell you, there’s a little something coming your way from Amazon. It should arrive tomorrow.
