Lost my post....
We like our Power Air Fryer. It has three trays so it can hold a lot. I’ve used it as a toaster and we cook wings in it weekly. The wings are amazing in it and I find it worth it just for those.
We found a good deal at Sam’s in Black Friday.

I would definitely go with one with a door and trays, not a door.
I upgraded to the cuisinart from the power air fryer and haven't used the oven since Thanksgiving.

We have a regular one with a basket at home that works well enough for the three of us when we want some chicken nuggets or fries, but we got a Cuisinart a couple months ago for the lake cabin and we LOVE it. Seriously LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. The size and configuration makes it possible to do so much more with it. We just used it recently to bake a frozen pizza from frozen to done in less than ten minutes all without the time and hassle of preheating the regular oven.

We just got the Power AirFryer XL from QVC. It's 3.4 qt and plenty big for the two of us. It has the pull out basket and is VERY easy to use and clean. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and it was $52 and change.
We were on the fence about getting one, but we've used it everyday for the past eight days. And will use it again tonight for appetizer for a Christmas party.

We got the Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 indoor grill (also an air fryer)as a gift, but I'm not nuts about air frying so far........ It IS much easier and more even that using my oven here (apartment living)....... but it's a pain in the butt to clean it!

I want to get the Cuisinart one that is both an air fryer and a toaster oven so I can have less clutter on my counter.

I have a air fryer/toaster oven combo from Walmart and I love it. I think it's a farberware brand. I also have a nuvo basket type but don't use it as often.

I have the ninja air fryer and I wish it was different. It's so small. I can fit ONE piece of pizza in there, so it's sometimes pretty sucky when we all want a slice. Dd loves heating up mozzerella sticks in it. Otherwise, I don't use it often. SO, my advice is to get a big one. The ninja has a small round basket you pull out and it's just small. Worthless really.

I have the Ninja Foodi 5 in 1 grill, love it. I like that it can air fry and grill. Warning though, the food cooks really fast so don't follow the cooking direction booklet that comes with it.
I had the PowerXL Airfryer Pro, loved it too but it stopped working after 1 year. So I wouldn't recommend that one.

I have the Ninja Foodi combination air fryer/slow cooker/pressure cooker. It's kind of big and cumbersome, because it has an attached lid, and then a secondary lid for pressure cooking. I have to lug it on to my counter from a shelf, because I don't have the counter space to have it out all the time.
That said, it's really great! I like that it's a combo design - you can pressure cook a chicken and then turn on the air fryer function to crisp the skin. It's also really fast. Highly recommend...especially if you have the space.

I have the one that was on sale at Target on Black Friday. . We love it. It's the Power XL Vortex, though I'm not sure what size it is. I do know that I can easily cook a whole chicken in it, so I'm guessing it's decent capacity. The thing is huge. We really like it.

I have 2. One is a Brio basket style and one is a Farberware toaster oven style. I use the Farberware the most but I love both of my air fryers.

So, what’s the difference between an air fryer and a food quality toaster oven? I have a Breville toaster oven and love it. The air fryers must do something different.

For those who have the type with trays that slide in and out, do you find it difficult to remove the trays? I had a Cuisinart one and the trays were very difficult to get in and out. I burned myself a few times and sent it back.

I got a basket style one from Target about this time last year. The only thing we've tried is nuggets/fries. Not overly impressed. We need to try some different recipes in it. I banished it to basement storage for now since I got an Instant Pot (love it) and just don't have space for both.

I have an air fryer sitting in the basement. It’s an old one from before they became so popular. I was not impressed.
My daughter received a Power XL for Christmas a couple of years ago from her mother-in-law. She loved it for making chicken wings. However, after about a year, the non-stick coating in the tray part started peeling off. She wanted a larger frying capacity and a more square shaped basket, so I got her the Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Indoor Grill with Air Fry, Roast, Bake & Dehydrate. She loves it. She was going to keep her old fryer to make wings only, but she made wings in the Ninja and said they were so much better.

I think it’s that an air fryer circulates air, and a toaster oven just has the heating elements on top and bottom. The countertop ovens with a convection setting - like the Breville - also do this. I've been wanting a toaster oven for awhile. Would be so nice not to have to heat up the whole oven for either just a short cooking time or a small item. I'm just not sure I want it on my counter and my only other option is to store it in the basement with all the other bigger kitchen items. I have the Ninja Foodi combination air fryer/slow cooker/pressure cooker. It's kind of big and cumbersome, because it has an attached lid, and then a secondary lid for pressure cooking. Highly recommend...especially if you have the space. My dream is to have a pantry in it would have a counter in it for appliances. I'd just leave them in there and use them in there if I wanted.

In addition to the hot air circulating, air fryer toaster ovens come with a basket. I would think it would be hard to find a perfectly fitting basket for a regular toaster oven.
