I really like the ephemera. Not sure about the cards. How many times can a person have a bibliophile sentiment in their documenting? Also, as always, not a fan of primary colours that scream elementary school (but I loved my elementary years!). A reluctant pass. I read a solid 70-ish/year so I'm probably part of the target audience. I wish someone would make a kit or collection about "consuming culture" (music, series, movies, books, newspapers/magazines) that is a little more on trend with the current colour schemes, innovative with the sentiments and, most importantly, technology-friendly. Most of the stuff I read for pleasure these days is on my e-reader. It'd be nice to embrace these not-so-new consumption habits in scrapbooking products as well. There's nothing to be ashamed of. I passed on the kit because I felt the same way about the cards even though they are cute, and have a similar stamp. But I did pick up the die cut pack sold separately. I can definitely use those!

sleepingbooty I love that idea. I have been reading a lot of the books on the simple scrapper list and really want to chat about books.

Since we have quite a few fanatic readers in here, I've been thinking about this thread today. Has there ever been a Scrappy Book Club? A place for us to meet weekly (Sundays, maybe?), discuss what we read that week, share how we documented the book in our PL/book review album. We could maybe manage to even vote on a book to all read the same week/month once in a while? Am I just being too optimistic with this? Who knows. Let's cast the dice anyway and see where they fall. Anyone interested?
I love this idea!

I got my kit yesterday, it is really lovely and much more versatile then I had assumed. The colors are great, I hope that IACB makes kits for her on a more regular basis. I am happy to support FYC, they have phenomenal customer service and wonderful quality kits. I can’t believe the quick shipping as well!

Did you guys see the sneak for next month? Can't wait to see more! Hey @northrigg - What do you think about making this the official FYC thread like we have for KP, AE, BH and SC ect? Would you want to edit the thread title? Just thinking out loud.

There are too many fonts in that sneak. I don't see how they all go together.

I really want to love this release, but the colors are stopping me. I could really use the stamp set, though.

I saw that and normally jump at every FYC kit but I'm over the book theme unfortunately (especially since I don't have a spare minute to get into a book right now anyway). I’m just now getting g around to using the book themed stuff I got from cocoa daisy last September! I’m challenging myself to read more this year and am on a 5 night reading streak-I read before bed. Lol

I just bought all the things... 4 digital kits including the new IACB one, and the lower case alpha stamps (outline and solid). I’m taking a weekend off from being a Chilly Pea. 🤫

I usually grab the IACB kits, but I couldn't get into all of this one. I do love the apollo alpha and would like to add it to my stash as it reminds me a bit of the max alpha stickers from studio calico and I loved their max alpha stamp, but I don't purchase from their shop.

Tiny April sneak: Also an updates from Elise's newsletter that might be of interest: "You might have noticed that many items in the shop have sold out or are near to selling out. I wanted to make space for larger releases beginning with April. As mentioned above, my plan is to still have the April and May releases as scheduled, but I'm also very aware that not everyone is in a position to shop. I am considering different options because some of the upcoming products won't be able to be restocked and will not be offered digitally."
