Totally not trying to be nitpicky but I think it’s more hard times themed — like AE’s tough story kit — and not quarantine specific. That’s my impression as well. Not sure about it. I might pass. The cards look good, but the ephemera doesn’t do anything for me. The stamps will probably be the deciding factor for me, and from what I’ve seen of those I’m not sold. This is a good thing. I could use a shopping break, and I know I’m going to need the days of the week stamp set EE is releasing. 😅 |

Cute kit but nothing special - it's not worth a sting in customs for.

I might need to pick up the kit just for the "I need a little space" card because space is my OLW this year and I would love to include that card in my album. But I guess I'll wait for the full reveal to make sure there's enough other stuff that I would use to make it worthwhile. I don't need either of the stamp sets. The number set looks nice, but I have a ton of numbers and others that size already, including with the outline, so I definitely don't need another one, even though I do like this font. The splats just aren't something I would use, I am mostly a text based stamper, or I like stamps that work with gelliprinting and this doesn't seem well suited for that. And now when I see it I'm going to think of blood spatter @cumber1137, lol!

I added little stars but still fiddling. I like it plain and simple.  |

The kit went live two hours ago and no posts! I guess no one was setting their alarms to grab them this morning!
I am passing. Maybe if it lingers around for a long while and gets a steep markdown I’ll pick it up. Not a must-have for me, though I do like a few of the cards a lot.

I put stuff in my cart but ultimately didn't check out. I don't have any sets that document the hard stuff and really want one. I've been trying to diversify my stamps and supplies with evergreen items that I can use for years to come. But something just didn't click with me for it. I'd like a few items from the Pink Fresh line but I will wait til they go to scrapbook.com and just add them to my next big order.

I always forget when the FYC release goes live, but I saw a post on instagram and just went to check it out. I'm passing on this one. I love that "I just need a little space" card but the rest of the kit is just there or things i wouldn't use. I would never use a card that says "poops" on it haha. And maybe I just have been collecting stamps for too long but I already have stamps with all those sentiments so it was nothing I needed. I also am not a fan of the FYC kits not having additional embellishments, for the price I want something beyond just cards + stamp + die cuts. I am also not a huge die cuts fan... they pile up so easily and I have a hard time using them because I can't find a good storage system. I would much prefer stickers or chipboard or some other sort of embellishment.
Since when has the FYC shop sold Pink Fresh or other designers? I think that's nice that they're branching out and am wondering if this is just a little of what is to come... maybe they'll eventually be a full online retail shop in addition to their releases.

There was something about this kit that I didn't quite like.
Liked: colours, some of the sayings, had stamps that I don't have in my stash, cards are generally on point to how I am feeling these days .....
Didn't like: font used for nope, nope and poop card ......
...on balance, I bought because I want to support Elise & digitals were included
