12. Find the Rainbow - in such a dreary month, we need rainbows For 1 point, heavily feature 4 or more colours on your layout or use a rainbow pp (even if it's only rainbow shapes and not colours). For a bonus point, use an actual rainbow embellishment as well. 13. Colour matchy matchy - place your embellishments according to the paper/layers underneath 14. Tear it up - tear an edge of your paper, or anywhere on your page/card 15. Pop it up - use pop dots/foam to add dimension behind an item that is not already dimensional 16. Thread it up - use thread nests/tangles/balls (whatever you call them!) on your project. If that's too messy for you, use thread to stitch (machine or hand). 1 point per colour of thread. 17. Mist it up - use your mists in any way! 1 point/colour. 18. Cut it up - those cut-apart sheets - I tend to not cut them up because then I can't use the B-side Earn a point for using either squares/rectangles that are obviously made to be cut up, or whether you fussy cut cameras/flowers/hearts etc. from a patterned paper. 19. Thicker is better? Use Thickers! 1 point/package used on a page. 20. Word World. 1 point for every 2 word elements on your page that aren't your title, date or journaling! So a phrase/word strip, an cut apart box with a phrase/word on it, a sticker with a word on it... 21. A chip off the old block - I haven't been using my chipboard pieces enough - raw chipboard, ephemera or sticker format - any chipboard, 1 point/project.

22: Valentine's Day Challenge: Scrap a layout, PL, card, journaling, TN, etc with a V-Day theme. One point per project/page finished.
23: Up To Date: I am not one to scrap in chronological order all of the time but I do keep a PL album. For this challenge scrap, PL, make cards, journal, or other paper crafting endeavor that helps you feel "up to date." Maybe it is finalizing a few projects you started in January or catching up on the end of last year. Give yourself one point per project/page finished.
24: Stash Busting: Use any paper, embellishment, enamel dots, die cut, etc that is in your stash and more than 1 year old. 1 point per project in which you use stash.

#35 - 2020 Vision: Make a page showing twenty goals you want to achieve in 2020. This sounds daunting (and I bet no-one does this challenge! ) but once you get started, you might find it easier than you think. Some hints: ~ Break down your goals into categories eg. Health & Fitness, Work, Organising, Cooking, Crafting etc, then have 4-5 goals for each heading. ~ Instead of going into a lot of detail, just use one inspirational word for each goal eg. travel, save, run, scrap. ~ Make a funny page from your pet's point of view eg. eat more treats, sit on the couch, 2 walks per day etc. Here is a link to a similar challenge at The Lilypad, with multiple pages of fabulous examples (and lots of complaining from people who hated the challenge!): 2020 VisionAnd in keeping with the "twenty in 2020" theme, I'm offering 20 points for anyone who completes this challenge.

13. Colour matchy matchy - place your embellishments according to the paper/layers underneath kitbop, can you explain what you mean by this. I think I'm a bit dense.

#41 Digital Love | Digital and hybrid scrapbookers, unite! 1 point per project. #42 2020 Photos | Claim 1 point per 2020 photo scrapped. Claim an extra point if it's a February 2020 photo! If you print pictures or place a print order, claim 1 point per 5 photos printed/ordered this month. #43 Anti-Valentine | Make a LO that's void of anything typically Valentine's Day-sy for a point. No pink, no hearts, no arrows, no lovey-dovey sentiments. Colours and theme of the photo don't count. #44 Writer's (un)Guilt | Use your words and be loud in your journaling this month. 1-24 words = 1 point. 25-49 words = 2 points. 50-99 words = 5 points. 100+ words = 10 points. #45 In The News | Make a LO about or include something from the news. Weather, local or world events, etc. Can be combined with #5 Sports.

nylene - no, not you, me! I struggled with how to word this challenge! Here's an example of what I mean - keeping the brads on top the same colour as the paper underneath, and the upper left pink cluster all being monochromatic despite it being a very colourful page... 46893767335_b55093422f_o by kirstendrew, on Flickr I tend to think of rainbow pages where people place the embellies on top with the corresponding colour underneath. But it doesn't have to be a rainbow...if your page is green and blue for example, and you were putting buttons plus die cut circles on as embellishment, blue buttons/circles would go on top of blue areas, and green buttons/circles on green areas... Please tell me if this colours everything muddy

angel97701 - what exactly do you mean by a page kit? A collection kit? or something different? My definition is a kit that was sold specifically to become a layout, generally double page. Many companies make these and they were very popular at conventions, and if you made a layout in a class and then finally get photos on it this month, that counts! Places like Embellish It!, Quick Quotes are the ones I have in my stash . . .

I would quite like to claim points for crochet and learning to do digital drawing so if we don’t, can we? grammadee LisaDV used to set one up each month, but I have not seen one this month. If there is not one already in place, i don't see a problem with adding one, but maybe we can touch base with her?

Bonus 20 points if you do one from each of the 4 weeks (days 1-8 included in Week 1). #47 - Leap Year: In honour of this being a leap year, scrap photos with a leaping or jumping theme eg. high jump competition, hopscotch, dressage, skipping rope, jumping in puddles etc. #48 - Galentines Day: Celebrate friendship with a layout about you and your gal pal(s). Or make a card for a girlfriend. #49 - All That Glitters: Use glitter or bling on you project. #50 - XOXO - Use X's and O's on your project to show your love. #51 - Tag You're It! - Use a tag on your project. joblackford grammadee I have the Other Crafts challenge on my spreadsheet. It's repetitive and generic enough to leave it there so that's what I've done the last couple of months. Also - I don't see the Stash Busting or Scraplift challenges.

Also - I don't see the Stash Busting or Scraplift challenges. Thanks, gramma. I can copy & paste the other crafts challenge from an earlier post, post it as a free standing challenge and then add it to challenge #1. And as for stash busting and Scraplift challenges, they will be appearing in 29-4-29. Stay tuned!

#54 Stamp Out - use your stamps on your projects this month. Add a point for each stamp that you use.
#55 Reach for the Stars- use stars in your project.
#56 Sticker Sneeze- well, don't make them look like the "old sticker sneeze" but use those stickers hiding in your stash.
