Epson PictureMate PM-400 Wireless Compact Color Photo Printer www.amazon.com/dp/B014KU0RIA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_O1fqEbAY5TTYDNot an affiliate link, just sharing what seemed a good deal (less than the refurbished ones) and by far the best price that I’ve ever seen this item. (I’ve wanted one for over a year, and this nudged mr to purchase one — hopefully without serious regrets!).

Thank you! I’ve been wanting this for a while, but hoping the price would go down. Although, I hope this doesn’t mean they are coming out with a newer better model (that has a battery for truly wireless printing). I did pick this up!

Hmmmm. Ever since Sam's shut down its photo lab, I haven't found a new place to print pictures. I have the Selphy, but hate that the pictures aren't true 4 x6. I also have a $50 gift card to Amazon....

I finally bought one about a year ago. I highly recommend it. It’s been a game-changer for my work flow. So easy to print at home, and the quality is great. Just thought I’d do my duty as a loyal Pea enabler...

Hmmm, I don’t think I *need* one of these, given that I have a perfectly good photo printer one room away, but I might *want* one of these anyway. Are they good?

It is even on sale on the Epson website, but amazon is still cheaper. Either it is not selling as well anymore or a new one is coming out. I still haven’t hit the buy button on it. Trying to justify it. Lol!

Not a deal when you factor out how much ink it costs per picture. It also has one single integrated ink cartridge, so you'll have to change it out as soon as any single colour is depleted.

For me, the price has always been well worth the convenience for this particular printer (I wasn't thrilled with my HP or Sephy)! Between Costco, WM, Target and Walgreens I never found processing I was happy with (but it was cheap). I use a lot of 3x4 and 2x3 photos and the Epson app makes it super easy to print them. I buy the ink & paper packs and the ink always lasts longer than the 100 4x6 sheets that are included so I have extra photo paper on hand. This is a great deal, I think I paid $199 about a year ago. A friend of mine recently bought one on my recommendation, too bad she didn't wait a bit longer.

Sometimes it's nice to print as you need. I wouldn't use it for all of my printing, but for as you go projects (like week/day in the life, December Daily, etc) it is really helpful to be able to print instantly. My Selphy has always disappointed me in the photo quality. Not true to size wasn't the issue. At first, I thought the quality was fine, but then I realized it only seemed fine because the camera on my phone was already trash. As soon as I started to print higher quality photos from my big camera or newer phones with better cameras, I was disappointed with every single print. No one has ever really complained about the quality of the prints on the Picturemates, so it's been a tool I've been wanting. Too bad we still haven't filed our taxes or the decision would be easier for me to justify a splurge.

I love my Epson PictureMate PM-400. It was well worth the $199.99 I paid for it 2 1/2 years ago.l I’ve always been a die hard HP photo printer girl, but I must admit this little printer prints much better. I love the convenience of being able to print whatever I want whenever I want to, even if it’s 2:00 am in the morning! We live out in the country where going to town to Walmart, CVS, etc is a hassle to do. It is also convenient to be able to print two 2x3 photos on on 4x6 photo sheet through the Epson app. The quality is excellent IMHO. I found my granddaughters wanting to print photos every time they came over. They loved it so much I bought one for them to use at home!

I waste less with it too since I print as I use the pictures. So I use each I print vs trying to guess what I’ll use when ordering from Shutterfly for the deals. I’ve been happy with the quality and the amount I can print per cartridge.

It’s showing $199 for me but if I scroll down there is a bundle option for $170 that includes extra ink and photo paper.
ETA ...nevermind when I put the bundle in my cart it comes back up as $199.

I was able to purchase one last night after gynergy posted about it. (Thank you!). It’s a replacement for the Picture Mate I bought over three years ago. I started having problems with mine and even their tech-support couldn’t get it working correctly. The reason I jumped on it was because it was sold by Amazon and had free returns, plus what a great price! If it turns out to be my router, which is a possibility, then at least I can return it without any problems. During the time that mine has been acting up, I purchased a Canon Selphy. As much as I like the Selphy, I prefer the Epson because I can use whatever photo paper I wish. I’m really looking forward to receiving it and do hope that my printing problems are solved.

Was vaguely tempted when I saw the sale price but I'm really very happy with my Canon Pixma and I also have a black and white laser printer. Don't think I need a third!
