I was there the other day. I hesitated on getting a Project Life 6 x 8 album kit that had everything included - album, protectors, cards and embellishments. I had never seen them before. They had half a dozen, so I waited. Think they were Paige Evans designs - anyone else see these??

Yes, just be careful when unpackaging it, for me there were cards glued to the front of the album for packaging purposes, but other peas said there had already become unglued. The cards are cute, the album was fine once I used undu to remove the super adhered glue lines. The cards were packaged in plastic so they were not damaged either. All in all it’s a cute little for the $4 they are selling it for |

My brother and sil are due in June and said all they wanted was a baby scrapbook from me as a gift, so I will glam up the album cover and make it so all they have to do is stick the pics in. Edited to add, this was back in Feb that I bought it, have not been in TM yet for March, lol, trying to keep my March TM resolution. |

I bought two of those little albums, My cards came off easily.
I found a large WRMK circle cutter. I haven't owned an actual working circle cutter for maybe 15 years. Hoping it works.
My little store about 2 miles away looked like a bomb went off in it. The manager said three people came in about 30 minutes before closing and went through all of the crafts. Half of it was tossed on the shelves. She was ticked off. It will take hours and hours just to get it back up on the pegs. She said when they announced they were closing, they all just tossed it and walked out the door.

I went again yesterday. I picked up a few Minc items: rose gold foil, rainbow foil and transfer folders. I noticed a lot of Vicki Boutin items: gel crayons, inks, 12x12 paper pads. Still had a bunch of PL core kits for $5 I am shocked by the number of core kits I’m finding for $5. The only square-corner Core Kit I’ve found is Click. Think BH will go into TM and sign her core kits?  |

A couple weeks ago I uncovered a big PL core kit (Life Snapshots) buried in JoAnn’s clearance aisle. Out of curiosity I took it to the register to see what it would ring up as. No longer in their system. So the cashier sold it to me for $1.00. Makes the PL kits at TM seem massively overpriced. Lol

Lol The new 'designer' area they put the newer AC releases they stock didn't get stocked this last time until everything was on clearance already at my closest J's. It was ringing up half off (ending in a 7 instead of a 9) but RIGHT in the ad that was still good for another 2 weeks it said 60% off with images of the items I was holding in my hand so I argued that I should get the 60% off. They honored the sale, but the cashier seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and just manually took 60% off of the clearance price on everything instead of overriding to the regular price and then adjusting to 60% off...so I went back for more because everything ended up being about a dollar each.
I've had that stuff happen before (but not for such a good price) at Michael's, too. I showed them something that should be one sale price and it was ringing up for another. Like it was meant to be 40% off and it was advertised to be an additional 20% off with a coupon but was ringing up regular price...instead of making everything 52% off because that's what it should have been, they added it the discounts together and made it 60% off. The manager even told the cashier to add it together. I wasn't about to tell them they were wrong and teach them...they probably wouldn't have gotten it if I had...more because I am a very poor instructor than anything.

I stopped in today after my appointment around 11. No one showed up so it wasn’t even open ( was supposed to be 10). A gentleman was already waiting and had called so I didn’t have to wait long. Nothing exciting at all. A lot of Echo Park + AC paper pads, older lines. If they would’ve at least had matching embellies, it would’ve been better. I ended up with some Vicki Boutin glaze and 6x8 pad. I go back to the dr in 6 weeks , hopefully they’ll have some new and exciting things by then.

I stopped by one yesterday. Managed to get a few dies, a cute rose stencil and a few Colorbox ink pads. I was just getting ready to leave when a box on the bottom shelf caught my eye. I scored a Heidi Swapp Mini Minc for $29.99. I've got about a 125 invitations to make so I'm hoping this does a better foiling job then my cheap laminator.

Went to mine for a short visit. Saw lots of Bo Bunny. But I passed except some brads that were all shades of blue. . I also grabbed a DCWV Graduation stack-lots of Navy and black neutrals that I know I’ll use. I also got 2 6x8 pads-Vicki Boutin Mixed Media and Pink Paislee Horizon. Both were fun cheery colors.
I also picked up a jigsaw puzzle. Planning ahead if we get stuck at home. 😊

Scrapped DD's college grad with it, nephew's HS grad, niece's HS grad and saving the last few remaining bits for DS's HS grad. I am not much of a DCWV fan anymore, but that pad was great. |

Does anyone remember when Mervyn's sold scrapbook stuff for a short time (probably right before they went out of business).. I bought most of my K&Co stuff there as it was clearanced pretty fast. I still have it!!

I bought most of my K&Co stuff there as it was clearanced pretty fast. I still have it!! I looked at the year of one of the pads and it said 2014. I am thinking it was closer to 2004. Wonder if there was a more recent reprint that didn't sell as well. |

I made a deal with myself not to go to TM for the rest of the month so I could buy the SSS Easter kit, and I didn’t go to my 2nd store this week. The kit sold out before I could order it. Looks like I’m back to TM shopping again. What did I miss in the 2 days I haven’t been? |
