Oh mercy. Yes. Those collar things...how did we not suffocate?
The 80s were brutal.

I want to say no. But it looks very familiar. I may be repressing traumatic memories. I would not have worn something like that in High School and that was the end of the 80's. I did have a similar sailor inspired shorts jumpsuit with huge collar when I was 9 or 10. That may be what I am thinking about.
I was never a trendy person, I doubt I could have pulled off that look. And I missed out on the big hair of the 80's because I have such fine hair and I wasn't interested in using as much hairspray as it would take to get it to stay up and out.

Yes! The Floral print one. Big huge flowers with matching red flats. I had a couple of these. One was black with red roses I think.

My nana made me one of these for Christmas and my mom made me wear it to church. She was horrified when people started asking if I was pregnant, so I never had to wear it again! Lol

No, but I can sure remember it. I had several tops with that collar.
We see so many fashions that cycle around and become hip again...I'm willing to bet this is NOT one that will make a second appearance.

I had some Laura Ashley things that would rival that so I say, yes, I wore something like that. That would be me and my DD. Laura Ashley was so "in".

Nope! But I did sew a couple for two grown ass college aged women back in the late 1980's. I think I still have the pattern in my box of vintage patterns. I thought it made them look like giant deranged toddlers. But they paid well so I made them the best little giant deranged toddler suits that my skill level would allow.

I had a dress that was similar to that style. My mother bought it for me and I think I wore it once or twice (I hated it with a passion). I felt and looked like a boat in that thing.

I am pretty happy to say I didn't wear that.
I did however own several jumpsuits.

Thankfully no, but my mom did sew many things for me. She was a fabulous seamstress and I'm happy to say we had better taste than that!

Yes but I was a little girl. I actually had a large assortment of them to choose from. My mother sewed and was a stay at home mom so she sewed a lot. I probably had 10 of these lovely jewels. She even monogramed my name or initials in the collars.

That would be my recollection as well. I had dresses with that sort of collar treatment, but not that exact look as a jumpsuit.

I had the top in white on white - with a summer tan I WAS hot! The bottoms belonged to another jumpsuit - black with BIG yellow sunflowers all over. SO glad some styles never returned.......
almost forgot...the hair was the same as version B

No. I made all my clothes during that time AND I've seen that pattern but NO! Didn't like the collar and refused to wear a jumpsuit!

No, but I had a dress very similar. Gray thin stripes and that HUGE lace trimmed bib collar. Ugh

Not that exact pattern, but one way too close to it.
