I ordered copics from oozak and one is missing. I emailed them yesterday, and then saw on the order confirmation to call with issues, so I called and left a message. So far no reply but it's only been a day. But this company has never once replied to an email I've sent (usually just asking about order status or out of stock items). And they don't have a facebook page. So how long do you wait before you do a partial dispute or something? It's only one marker, but still. These markers ain't cheap.
eta: tried calling today also, but got the machine and didn't bother to leave another message.

I would call in a few days and say that you hadn't heard from them and that you didn't know if you should dispute it and give them a time limit to contact you. I think some companies will ignore your emails until money gets involved (or PayPal).
I hadn't heard from a company after several emails in four weeks. I had PayPal contact them and the next day my order miraculously shipped.

If you sent an email yesterday ( Friday) then you probably won’t hear back till Monday , right? Most companies don’t work on weekends

Especially right now I'd give them a few days and then try again. They are probably running with a bare bones staff (depending on where they're located) and may be busier than usual. I'd probably call again on Tuesday.

I got an email the other day saying that it's only the owner packing and shipping right now, so it might take a while for an answer. I know I got a notice on monday that a backorder had moved to shipping and it hasn't shipped yet, which is definitely longer than normal.

Aren't they in Washington? Or maybe it's Oregon? I am pretty sure they are in the PNW.
If it helps... once I ordered several copics and I was missing one, but I procrastinated on doing anything about it and then I forgot. Sure enough about 6 weeks later my lone sketch marker came in the mail. At least they keep track and did not forget.
ETA: Correction they are in Michigan. But that state is not doing so well either.

The packing slip shows it was shipped and my account shows that the order was complete. I didn't get a reply today.
