...the most time with? And by that, I mean, what TV show have you watched so much that you're starting to feel affectionate toward the cast? Lol.
It's just me and my husband here, I've been quarantined for 3+ weeks because of chemo, and I'm starting to feel like the couple on Home Time on HGTV, whose names I cannot even remember because of chemo fog and general malaise, are my new family. I guess I should learn their names if I'm going to feel this fondly towards them. I mean, I really want to hug them and hang out with them for real! By the time this quarantine is over, I'll probably ask them to adopt me.
Which TV people are you ready to adopt as family???

I love Ben, Erin and baby Helen too. DH has watched a few episodes and I would love to go to Laurel, it's about 4 hours from us. The Property Brothers run a second best.

I’ve been visiting with the Crowleys recently, especially Mary although I enjoy Edith more. And don’t even get me started on their grandmother, the Dowager of Grantham. She’s a hoot!

Drew Carey. We have taken to watching Price is Right every morning. It takes me back to my childhood, if we were sick or had a snow day or something, we would always watch people COME ON DOWN. My favorite game is the one with the mountain climber who yodels and falls off the mountain. I would do well at the grocery price games, but terrible at the car/trip games. I don't know how much that kind of thing costs.

I spend the bulk of my day organizing and still packing things, but when I can I’ve been going between Netflix and Amazon Prime to keep my mind off of the real world for a time.
I just finished watching the 3rd season of Ozark and I do NOT want to be a part of their family at all. I did, however, enjoy the series. I’m now going to be looking for something lighter to watch because that show was a bit stressful.

yes, we are spending a lot of time together too but i definitely like it FROM A DISTANCE! my heart races half the time, the only show that has affected me like that before was homeland. podcast... michael barbaro (the daily) who ALSO stressed me out cuz it's all about *the virus*.... apparently i missed the note about escapism/light/fluff entertainment during stressful times?!?! |
