For those that shop there, are you missing not being able to go to TM?
I have found that I don't really miss it at all. As long as I don't watch any TM videos, I am absolutely fine not shopping there. Don't know if they were recorded before all the shutting down happened, but I have seen some recent videos pop up. I don't watch them.
I am actually fine not shopping at any other non-essential stores that I normally might shop at either. My bank account is loving this!

Yes. I miss my routine. I'm a homebody (but in that, I like to be home alone and that's obviously not the case right now). Other than school drop off and pick up, TM was the only regular weekly component of my schedule...anything else I did was out of need or want in the moment. But I've missed TM for longer than the quarantine...with the exception of a couple of weeks early in the year, TM has been lackluster since before Christmas and my regular drive every week to the furthest store stopped in late January or early February. I supplemented the loss of TM then with other online shopping, but not having proper customer service makes me nervous so I haven't been shopping as much since the closures really ramped up. I ended up caving for a few items I wanted during the M's 60% off craft storage sale and the 3 items probably weigh at least 15 pounds...UPS tracking says my package is 1 pound, so I feel completely justified in that worry. I was able to verify my recourse with M's online chat should the wrong items arrive, but I really prefer talking to people, not typing to them. I am also trying not to spend a lot just in case something happens to my husband's income. We are fortunate that both of his jobs are safe for the moment, but there is that nagging voice about what could happen so I don't want to get complacent and drown my sorrows in retail therapy.

In the first couple of months of 2020, I found a few things, mostly Disney related, that were worth the trip, especially since I am working on a Disney album, and want to make Disney cards. I think the last time I stopped by TM was early March, and I’ve been doing mostly online shopping since then.
I had been shopping at TM every time I made my weekly trip to Costco, but I can’t say that I have missed TM. I thought I would.

I haven't been in TM since Christmas - we don't have one here and I haven't been into the city since then. It was never a regular visit for me although we usually did stop there as part of our 'going to town' rota - along with Trader Joes, Books-A-Million, and Target (none of which we have here either) but that was usually only every 2-4 months.
I have too much scrapbook stuff - so I'm better off not shopping right now

I go to all three of my stores every week. The first week was odd not going, but knowing I am doing my part makes me feel much better. It also helps that since it closed, I know all those goodies will be waiting when this is over.

I'm already getting anxious knowing that Bloom Street and Never Grow Up are part of the next Designer Destinations lines coming to Joann's (hoping that with the closures, maybe they'll catch up and put the line out to purchase before it goes on clearance...that's when the last lines hit shelves, lol).

I love that we still have a TM thread, even with no TM available right now.

Sending positive vibes that your income sources stay stable. but I can’t say that I have missed TM. I thought I would. Me neither. Although there were two lamps I wanted, but stopped just short of pulling the trigger on them. Maybe they will still be there when we can go back. It was never a regular visit for me I only go kind of sporadically. More like 2-3 weeks in a row, and then not again for 6-8 weeks. I love that we still have a TM thread, even with no TM available right now. I was just missing it.

Looked it up in there after she told me her line. MH is being removed and AT added.

I am really excited about not going to TM for this long-entertaining myself by imagining what will be there when I get to shop again!

I have been missing shopping at TM. I usually only came away with a handful of items but I still loved shopping there.
If anyone is interested EP is having a warehouse sale and the prices are about the same as TM if you spend $50 for free shipping. I just got 5 collection kits, 9 papers, 1 6x6 paper pad, 1 ephemera pack, 1 brad pack, and 1 package of enamel dots for $51.

I just wish I could pick up some of those clear fridge bins so I can organize my stamps and dies. They're so much cheaper at TM and TJ Maxx!

I miss going in to TM but I'm also liking using my stash. I've been working on Paper Issues challenges for their spring online crop that happened last weekend.

I have a good friend who is really struggling right now with sick husband and an elderly mom (93) living with her. She took her out of her assisted living when the pandemic started because she knew her mom would not do well isolated there. Hubby had a major stroke in October. She is stressed. I have been getting the EP packs (12 pages and a sticker sheet) and creating page kits for her to use. I found 9 kits that I didn't have and have them ordered. I am keeping 3 and making 6 for her. I might have ordered the chipboard for each kit too.

It’s probably so nice to have those kits to have something else, something creative and fun, to focus on.

I really do miss my trips to TM. I work from home and TM was one of my nice quick outings. It really helped break up the week.

Just a little enabling here...
I am not a fan of journaling, but have found these labels from Nicole Jones to be the perfect size to get a little something down. She's got them for 25% off now and you print them off on your own printer. Not affiliated. Just a happy customer. I also have a few of the viewfinders and like them too.
