This is Acadia National Park’s Jordan Pond by Lantern Press. I loved doing this one. Probably because it’s my favorite place in the world. I’ve canoed there many many times.

I think mine’s going to take a while! To be fair I moved his bed out of the sun so I could set up the puzzle table, so I’m in his spot really!

I am stuck with a set of 5 different 500 piece puzzles made by "sure lox" also says art gallery on the box. They are challenging because the picture that you look at to figure out what you are doing is tiny..3x.5"....puzzle pieces are also tiny....but they were 3.99 for the 5 all in one box at the thrift store a year ago so i am going with it. Each puzzle was sealed in a plastuc bag and so far no missing pieces...A lot of people on this thread sound like puzzle champions. We take a month to do one between 4 people. Can't upload pic. Says it is too large....
Puzzle is a weird word.

Also last night I found the beautiful Indian Pillows puzzle and lots more EuroGraphics puzzles are on the Amazon US site. I have mine sitting on my ‘puzzle/dining table unopened so far. I have made myself do my knitting the last few days and we’ve had lovely weather so I’ve been outside but that’s set to break tomorrow so...I feel a puzzle coming on 😉 Did you see the Mexican Skulls one? I was torn! Yes, I love all the puzzles in that Colors of the World group. I'm working on my first-ever jigsaw puzzle, and have the next one waiting, and the Indian Pillows arriving soon. I think I'm hooked! I even have a mental list of what I want to order after that, maybe the Peruvian Blankets or the Asian Lanterns.

I am still awaiting my puzzles to arrive. Since the pandemic started so many things are getting returned to sender undeliverable because my mailing (USPS) address and physical address is different along with the zip codes. I guess UPS has been improperly entering the Sure Post (job share where they drop packages for USPS to do finally delivery) packages into the mail stream so until that get straightened out my receiving things is even more iffy than before. I hope my puzzles aren't a victim of this. I may have to send stuff to my DD and have them forwarded to me. It's getting beyond ridiculous. and frustrating. and making me sad.

I noticed the Mexican Skulls and the lanterns when I was looking but I don't remember the blankets one...will have to do a quick search! I also was drawn to the Canadian totem poles, having seen some IRL and the vintage tea cups and Venetian masks. Too much choice!

When you post your puzzle pictures, can you also include the title and manufacturer? Yes please! I second that. There was a coffee one a while back on here and I'm still trying to figure it out lol. I’m pretty sure that coffee cups one is a Eurographics puzzle just called Coffee.

Have y'all seen the all red puzzle that Heinz 57 has now? It's ketchup red and has 570 pieces. There are only 57 puzzles being made and they are being given away in a contest held by Heinz 57. You can enter on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook pages of Heinz, by telling who you would complete the puzzle with. Sounds like fun, but I'm pretty sure it would drive me mad after a short while! Heinz Launches Contest for 570 piece all red puzzle

I suppose I am of a different mindset - it's the gradual process, the emergence of the picture etc that I enjoy

I suppose I am of a different mindset - it's the gradual process, the emergence of the picture etc that I enjoy And I don't like ketchup enough to want to win this one. We finished the Blooming Color 1000 pieces yesterday and it is our favorite by far of all the puzzles we have done in the last few weeks. We loved watching this come together. DD is getting the pieces sorted and outline started for Positano Night Sea View.

I finished this easy one And I’ll start this one tomorrow: I managed to trade 3 puzzles on my neighborhood group. I’ve never put together this brand before. Usually, I stick with the Ravensberger puzzles because I know the quality is there. The Clementoni brand and Buffalo Games are good quality as well. Stay away from SunsOut brand. They are not cut well, IME.

I finished this puzzle last weekend. I enjoyed putting it together and I liked the picture, but there were a lot of bent up, mangled pieces. I swear I’ve bought a dozen puzzles in the last month. My DH thinks I’m nuts.

I don’t usually do puzzles, but this was one of the only remaining ones left in Target. It took me about a week to finish as so many of the pieces were similar colours. It’s Maleficent from the Ravensberger Villainous series. I’m doing an easy 500 piece Harry Potter next.

We finished this one with DD who is a huge Harry Potter fan. It was really fun. The colors were very tricky to match up. We think the cat stole the one missing piece. ETA it’s Harry Potter Quidditch from New York Puzzle Company.
