What I want is to eliminate indecision. Having a sketch as a jumping off point and a collection kit is what helps me enjoy the process more. I do want to scrap faster, I guess, meaning with less indecisiveness. I don’t want to rush through it but I also don’t want to waste time sitting there staring blankly at my layout. That’s not enjoyable. If I don’t start with a kit I waste a lot of time looking for embellishments that will work. This is me as well. I'm so slow at making decisions. So while I love the actual process, I wish it didn't take me two days or longer to finally finish a LO. Even though I always start with a sketch I'm so slow. Right now, it's no mojo that is keeping me from scrapping. I'm really out of sorts with all that's going on. I've been organizing though and seeing that I have a lot of great things in my stash that need to get on a page.

one other thing that helps ME scrap more is that I do not scrap 'from start to finish' in one sitting. I do my pages in stages...
So I have a sh*t-load of halfway done pages, because I do the backgrounds, then paper + photo placement... embellishing and journaling is a different 'mindset' for me than the paper + photo part of a layout. So when I feel like flipping thru my embellishment binders and futzing around with tiny stuff, I'll do that part for a lot of different pages. Then, when I feel like writing (and/or have done all the research I need to find dates, place names, etc.) I'll do the journaling. In the meantime, I keep those half-way done layouts, plus any patterned paper, etc. that goes with them, in large zipper bags in a box.
