I rarely stamp anything inside a card other than a sentiment, until recently, when I accidentally smudged the inside of a shaker card that I didn’t want to have to do over again. Since I had other stamps in the set that were pretty cute, I used them on the inside, successfully covered up the smudge and ended up with a card that was cuter than originally planned. Your challenge is to decorate the inside as well as the front (outside) of your card using a minimum of 6 stamps from one stamp set. For those on the April teams, you get 1 point for the challenge, plus 2 bonus points if it is interactive in some way (shaker, slider, magic iris, wheel card, etc.). For those who want to adapt the challenge to a layout, use six stamps from one stamp set to dress up your layout. Bonus 2 points if you add a shaker to your layout, or some other interactive feature such as a pull up tag with hidden journaling (stamped, too, of course). I used 8 stamps from the My Favorite Things BB Rain or Shine Stamp set. I used my computer to create the “Under the Weather?” phrase on the front. For those who noticed that the little girl on the inside of the card is cut out and glued, while the other images on the inside were stamped directly on the card, you probably also realized that she is hiding the smudged part.

That’s really cute! And you’d never know it was all to hide a smudge. I usually neglect the insides of my cards. Btw you can probably claim double points on this since it fits with my sunshine and rainbows theme from last week.

Great challenge, @scrapinnana! I spend most of my planning and efforts on the fronts of my cards, and often end up simply handwriting the inside greeting. If the inside is an extension of the front, I sometimes add sticker letters or words to spell it out, but that's about it.
Love how you used the cut out stamped image to cover up the smudge. Both the inside and the outside of your card are beautiful!

I am not participating on a team this month, so the points won’t matter for me. I just love the sunshine and rainbows paper. It’s the third card that I have used it for the background this month.

Until I smudged my card, decorating the inside was a rare thing, and I just stamped a sentiment inside. I sometimes wrote a note and didn’t bother with the sentiment. That smudge gave me a reason to use more of the cute stamps in the set. I plan to do this more often than not for future cards.

scrapnnana such a cute card!! Love that stamp set. Great idea about hiding the smudge I usually just put the front on a new card base , but this trick will save some paper for me. Thanks!! I don't usually decorate the inside of my cards and I don't use a lot of stamps on cards other than sentiments. This will be quite a challenge for me. I'm off to find the perfect stamp set 😊

I went a little bonkers with the inside of this card lol, more is more I guess. But I used all the images in this garden set, which I've been planning on doing for a while. edited to add that I did stamp and watercolor the flowers on the front, I used this tutorial by Unity which was oddly soothing. I'm not much for painting and they were done with DS watercolor set, since DD "borrowed" my watercolor pencils for something to do during quarantine. Anyway, here is that tutorial. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ErIdr6uaeU&t=559s

@kendramage, your card is stunning! You did an amazing job of coloring the vase and flowers, and I love the stamped dragonflies, flowers, and butterflies on the inside of the card!

azcrafty, I love how you used your stamps to create your backgrounds instead of using patterned paper, and the inside accents are a wonderful touch! Great job!

Thank you scrapnnana. Thank you @kendramage. I love the technique you used on yours. I always have a hard time with white flowers. You did a great job on yours. Beautiful card.
