Has anyone done this thread yet? Apologies if so.....I hope it’s not a pink.

I have no idea. I'm trying to see where there are gaps and I think a new green would be nice.

Is it for inks or oxides or both?

I'm guessing something in the orange family.

Is it for inks or oxides or both? It looks like it will be a General new colour in inks oxide embossing glaze and spray

I’m trying to be hopeful, some of the posts have used the word COLORS, with an “s”. Pretty sure Tim’s original was no “s”, but again, a girl can hope. Hoping it’s not another brown!

I will scream in frustration if it's another brown. I want jewel tones. I am going to guess Ruby Red! I know that's not a guess that's a request, ROFL!

Pantone colour of the year is blue-but I would like a good rich red as well

In his video, he mentioned that there will be more, similar to the time he did the color of the month thing. But I believe he said that it wouldn't be on that rigid a schedule. He also said that they aren't doing the crayons and the minis yet because those come in sets, so they'll release those when they have enough for a set. That tells me definitely more colors on the way.

I'm really trying to think of what they're missing and I'm not necessarily seeing any gaps in my collection. (But don't get me wrong, it will of course be a perfect color and I will need it!)

Midnight blue? Almost indigo? Dylusions has a paint in that shade, but don't think Tim does. Could be wrong.
I NEED some jewel tone glazes. Haven't tried any of them yet, but hoping to pick a couple up when next I place an order. I HATE not being able to just stroll into the craft store, see something like that on the shelf and think, "I'll pick one of these up to try, and then if I like it I can get some other colours later."

I'd like to see a light soft yellow - similar to spun sugar.

I love the color picks you are all coming up with.
I would love an Indigo Blue. I would settle for that over Ruby Red. Just as long as there is a Ruby Red somewhere in the new release line, lol.
I would love a soft yellow to. Spun Sugar is one of my most used DI's. I always wish he had more pastels in that range.

Scarlet. Please. Or a light baby blue, less turquoise than Tumbled Glass.

Yay...not a pink!! I also figured it wouldn't be a purple, either...he broke my heart a few months back when he said he didn't like purple very much, lol.

I absolutely love it! This is a color I didn’t know I needed, but I often use either Iced Spruce or Tumbled Glass to make a pale blue-green and it’s never exactly right. Now I know why!. Just when you think you are done with Distress, that darn Tim leads you astray every time!

Not trying to be an enabler... but Stamper's Anonymous has free shipping for any order amount in the US. I think you get a credit for international. I may have placed an order.... just might have. LOVE the new color.

I've been playing with background colors for the sky when I'm using my cloud stencils and this looks perfect!!!
