My turnip prices this morning are a lowly 64.00. Not once yet have I ever had anything over what I generally pay. Getting super annoying! I'm having my first meteor shower tonight so I will open up my gates tonight, how about around 5 pm PST? I can leave up for several hours if anyone wants to come and make some wishes and shop. I have done a lot of work on my Island since my last gate opening so please feel free to wander around and I'd love ideas or suggestions. I just finished my first outdoor restaurant right outside of the Museum, all fancy  and built my first little orchard. I had to use those dopey looking easels from the custom design feature for the little fruit signs. I'd love an actual wooden sign though instead. Does anyone have an extra Plain Wooden Shop sign recipe they can share with me? I need five signs so I don't expect anyone would have to make me five signs. I'd love the recipe to have and make at will. I'll come back and post the things I have in my inventory (or don't we have a sep thread for that?). Or if you are looking for something specific LMK and I'll check. I'm starting to get nothing but recipe dupes and its super annoying, I NEED so many other things! |

I used to have to remind my kids and husband "DON'T RUN SO FAST OVER MY FLOWERS OMG OMG OMG". They're better about it now...  I'm concerned about real life safety, access to personal info, etc. If you wanna trample my flowers go ahead, because if that makes you happy then you have a loser life, anyway. Right, my post was directed to Pancakes and my response above that was for you regarding who to let come onto your island. My RL name is not on my Switch acct, I use a gift card for the Nintendo fee, so I think I'm okay. |

I am only getting dups, too, Yvonne. On my beach I have a free DIY pickup. There are like 12 cards there but only like 3 different recipes. It's so annoying!
An islander gave me a new recipe last night. This morning the exact same recipe was my message in a bottle.

I'm starting to get nothing but recipe dupes and its super annoying, I NEED so many other things! Getting duplicates is the worst! There are over 14,000 items and when I continue to get THE SAME IRONING BOARD, it makes me very unhappy. Same with the DIY recipes. UGH! |

Ok, it’s official. My island is supposed to have a large spike in pricing tomorrow morning. It’s at 192 right now.
I’ll try to open my gates tomorrow morning. Unfortunately I’m now back to work and not on maternity leave so I might not be able to be open for long.

I want to play w/you, but how safe is it? I'm very cautious. On a funny note, do any of you Big Bang fans remember the episode where Sheldon called the police, because someone hacked into his WOW account and stole his treasure? I thought of that the first time I read this thread. My island isn't that great, yet. I'm being teased about K.K. coming to give a concert. BTW, turnips were only worth $32 yesterday. Uh, no. When you open your gates is your call, but if you do open them early and they crash, they'll have to be re-opened. :X |

Feel free to shop at Nooks. My flowers are upper level sorry I didn’t leave out a bunch of extra watering cans but if you could water some that would be great.
Check out my house it’s on the upper level above Nooks, and my new Museum restaurant I had fun setting it up
