I’ve made 25+ cards, finished 60 pages (some were started prepandemic), and sent a big envelope of die cuts to my mom for her art journal. I’ve also filled a box with donations. And made an Iris Bin of layouts to finish. So far I have not noticed a difference in my stash... I did have to change my ATG roll and order more page protectors though...
Anyone else trying to make a dent? Have you noticed a difference?

Tomorrow my son is coming to help me move heavy boxes and other crap from my scrapbook room so I can begin to organize with a basically clear room. I will have one month to get the stuff moved back because we are using DS2's room for staging and he is moving home the end of June.
It has been my goal to get functional space, and I'm thinking this help from DS1 will give me the start I need. I am going to commit an hour a day to the organizational process, so that equals about 30 hours of organization. I will report back what progress I have made at the end of that 30 days.
As for making a dent in my stash, I expect to uncover unknown treasures that I can sort into the preplan envelopes I have sorted with my current photos for the past 5 months. With any mercy from the universe, July will bring cropportunities once again!

That's great if you're able to put forth a concerted effort towards goals like these.
My goal is to simply survive all this. I'm sure I'll regret not using the time better when we reach some sort of normal again.

I did my week in the life. I also made a ton of scrapbook pages. I wish I had kept count. I think I made 2 kits and worked really hard to kill them. I also started working on a travel album from a couple years ago. My goal is to finish that album and work on my 2018 project life that was abandoned half way through. I would feel good if that all got done by the time I’m back out of this house. I’m home through at least end of June.

I scrapped a vacation from 2017, used a few PL cards, some cardstock and patterned paper. I haven't made a dent in my stash because I've placed several orders for paper, tape rolls, page protectors, albums. Maybe if I wasn't working from home I could make some headway.

I’m working my usual 40 hours (thankfully) but they’ve cut the part time staff so I’m actually trying to power through the days. I’m way too exhausted to do much fun stuff at home. I mostly do the necessary things and watch movies. Coming up on a three day weekend may be a good time to do a crafting. Hopefully my energy and mojo levels will be up a bit.

My goal for May is called "Merry May". I'm trying to do Christmas projects each night after finishing with work. I had so many unfinished holiday kits and holiday stamp sets I'd never used. It's going ok. I have finished up a couple of kits and got those out of my "in progress" storage drawers so I made a teeny, tiny bit of room. I'll probably have enough cards by the end of next week to do the 2peas holiday card exchange if it's a go again this year.

I’m caught up on 2020 PL and have decided to continue the 2019 PL album that I abandoned in mid-February last year due to a major remodeling project. I was not planning on doing the album until I found some printed pics from the first half of the year which gave me the nudge I needed. I took my annual trip to NY in June last year to see my family and have lots of pics, I won’t get to see them this year so I want to get those pics scrapped. I’ve done some reorganizing and a bit of purging too. Not a huge dent in my stash...yet! I have good intentions....

I am full time working from home but not having a commute has meant I get two additional hours a day to do what I want with. It's something I've been super thankful for during all of this.
And weekends and bank holidays at home have meant that I have had more time to work on my projects, too. I'm really pleased with what I have achieved.
- I'm completely caught up on 2019 albums - I have started my 2020 album and am up to date - I'm keeping up with my 2020 travellers notebook journal - I finished my wedding mini album project - I finished my wedding journal project
The next project I hope to complete during lockdown is album 3 of my honeymoon.
No shame to anyone who hasn't or is unable to work on their creative projects in this time. We're all handling it completely differently. For me, absorbing myself in my creative hobbies really helps, and is my way of handling it.

I don't know if it's a visible dent, but I can tell that I'm using what has been sitting there awhile.
I've been using stash for my pandemic layouts, which I now have twenty of. I'm doing a lot of the journaling in real time, where I jot down what I'm thinking on a PL card and date it, and then add it to my layouts when I get the pics for that month.
I'm trying to keep it real time because things change so rapidly, and it would be hard to remember if i wait even just a month to get my thoughts down.
For my pandemic layouts, I've been using pattern paper from paper pads that have been sitting on my desk for a year+. I've been using PL cards, sometimes layering over the original design with cardstock stamped with something else. Or just using the back.
I have two "world/globe" stamps, about the size of a nickel & quarter respectively, that have come in handy.
This album is less artistic, more documentary. I'm using so many photos & screen shots, and lots of journaling, and it's hard to make it both photo heavy & "one small photo buried in an embellishment cluster pretty."
Other than birthdays & the pandemic, there hasn't been much to scrapbook about. We're going no where. All the Spring break day trips I had planned didn't happen. School has been at home, so no performances or activities to scrap.

I'm working full time still too (very thankful to still have a job) and I'm amazed at how tired I am after work. I thought I'd get more done without a commute but that hasn't really been the case. I also got stuck on the transition week in my PL album that was 1/2 normal life and 1/2 pandemic. It took me a while to push through that one because it was so depressing. I've got all the digital work done and the layouts printed up through the 1st week in May so I feel good about that. I also managed to print some photos for OLW March, and do all of the digital work & writing for OLW April. I'm doing WIL this week and so far so good which was inspired by reading the WIL thread here. I love that it's inspiring me to take more photos during this time.
I'm counting anything I get done a win right now. I'm hoping to get some studio time over the holiday weekend and do a little shopping on scrapbook.com. I have a gift certificate from my birthday and it's burning a hole in my pocket.

During this whole time I've only had a couple afternoons to craft. Managed to complete 3 pages and some bday cards. I'm so envious of all of you that have had the extra time! Enjoy it.

I have definitely been scrapping more, but I am a slow scrapper, so it still isn't a lot...as far as a reduction in stash, no, we moved here in August and I am still unearthing more stash in the basement as we move through the last boxes. It is very frustrating, actually!! And then I still shopped NSD sales.

I haven't been scrapping as much as I would like to be - motivation has been hard to come by (in general - not just scrapping-wise). I have made a small dent in my scraps - I made 220 postcards last month and have another 60 in progress all using scraps and some 8x8 papers I didn't really care for.

Yes, I store much of my supplies in page kits/collections and I have quite a few empties that I didn't have in March. However, I've also done a bit of shopping, so once I put those things away I may be back to a zero sum.

I am still working. I am tired after in an unreasonable way. I guess I’m not built for 40 hours of computer time. Who knew.
I have been creative this month.
I’ve played around with some watercolors I’ve had for some time. First coloring stamped images with my Altenew water color pens. Then moving on to freehand water coloring with my Avery elle liquid water colors & my Vicki Boutin tubes. I had fun. After that I did some die cut critter assembly which I found very soothing. No thinking or decisions just cut & assemble said critter. I’m still not believing I got those for $2 it was worth it just for the craft therapy. Then I’ve tackled my WITL which is way more work than I thought it would be. Mostly deciding how to do it but decisions are work right now. Last night I pulled out the fuze tool to make 8x6 pp out of 8x10 and I made a little 2x8 pp With the left overs for a title.
While I’m using what I have with some regularity I’m also buying with some regularity - apparently I’m both a stress eater & a stress shopper.

I've probably bought more than I've used so far and while I loved the idea of being able to use up some stuff during this time I've had to adjust my thinking to realise I'm incredibly grateful to have a job I can do almost as easily from home as in the office, and every little bit I spend with the smaller online stores is helping out another business who may be struggling.

I've been working this whole time . . .but have still managed to scrap quite a bit. Unfortunately I've started more layouts than I've finished. Struggling with titles and journaling lately so I put them to the side, and start something else. . .Not really making a dent in anything (as stuff is still coming in)

My son came and helped me move most everything out of my scraproom and my DH cleared 2 large shelves. He moved his stuff up to the shelves I can't reach anyway (it's a wall to wall shelf unit).
I ordered a bunch of fabric storage cubes. Last night I moved in all of my plastic iris totes. Those are going to need to be completely reorganized but that is for later.
The scraproom had become a sort of dumping ground and there are boxes of crap that doesn't belong in there so the trick will be finding a place for that stuff. I can't take the time to sort all of it now because I have only 2 weeks before DS2 moves home and takes over his bedroom where I have everything piled up.
I am giving myself an hour a day minimum to work on this room. I do find I worked better when DS1 was helping me. I need a friend with organizational skills to come and help me. But that's not going to happen of course so I will just keep going!

My plan has been to finish my 2016 Hawaii vacation album (Not sure why I picked that particular album since I have some unfinished as far back as 2011. 🤪). I’m getting there! Just 2-3 more LO’s, maybe. I need to reorganize the LO’s to get them as close to chronological as I can (I do NOT scrap them that way.), then see if there are any holes I need to fill. I do have a few pics printed, but not sure how much more I can squeeze into my album. I may have to do one last two pager that just has random moments on it that I want included, but may not have room for full LO’s.
I have also been reorganizing my scrap room. I have gotten rid of a lot, but I would not say I made a dent, because I’ve order some things as well (Probably not as much as I got rid of, or used in my LO’s though.).
I have purchased 18 deep iris boxes, as well as 5 albums and 3 sets (10 ea) of page protectors to help with my organization project. As soon as I get the quotes I want painted on the wall, and the rest of my tidbits cleaned up I’ll post pics.

Dang I haven't gotten 1 thing scrapped since being sheltered at home. It's hard with a HS Senior and 3 college kids (1 is mine, 1 is DS roommate who can't get home right now and DS girlfriend has been here) at home. Just too much life happening. This too shall all pass and next Fall I'll be an official empty nester with a lot more time on my hands.

I had dreams and wishes. But I have been working full time this whole time.[/quote] me, too. Working from home, which is slightly better, but still working. I'm much better at the 'starting' part of things than the 'finishing' part... I was bummed about not getting to go to my 4-day hotel crop in mid-April, then had a lot of serious family issue stress to deal with via long-distance, unfortunately. So I've only just now gotten any of my creative mojo back. I'm pre-making SG page sketches with general topics in mind so that once I do my least-favorite chore of editing & ordering photos I can actually make some layouts. And I have PLENTY of layouts that are waiting for embellishments, journaling, and finishing touches. So finishing those layouts are my summer "it's so hot outside I don't want to step foot out there" goal. And most of that goal will go out the window if we actually go back to working IN the office. It's really nice to have my 2-hrs of commute time free; as much as I miss the people at the office, I'll be sad to lose the 'free' time I've had due to working from home.

I'm still working full time, but because we haven't been doing much or going anywhere I have been working on my scrapbooking and photos the last few weeks. I really hadn't done any scrapbooking for at least 6 months.
I'm feeling very motivated lately so I have gotten done:
Scrapbooking- Ordered the 2nd scrapbook of my sons (I do digital) love the way it turned out. Uploaded the 3rd book and waiting for another good sale (on sale the books are over $200 so I'm trying to space them out) Working on the 4th book (which will be all of high school) I've gotten about 20 pages done lately.
I used to do physical scrapbooking but when I switched to digital I decided to redo all the physical pages I had done. I took them out of the binders but had never done anything with the pages, so I pulled those out and have been trying to photograph a few pages a day. Take a picture of them, them open in photoshop and straighten and remove background etc, then tossing the physical sheet.Man those pages are heavy!
For the pictures, I downloaded from my icloud the last 3 years worth of photos and organized/labeled them. I also like to order physical pics of some of the important memories so I have those uploaded to shutterfly ready to order.
I think another month or so I should be pretty caught up.

With film, at least it was little envelopes of 24 photos each... now, what I have are file folders on my computer labeled Jenn's phone dump xx/xx/xx; Jenn's camera dump xx/xx/xx; Tom's iphone pics xx/xx/xx; etc. And those folders might each have several hundred (or more) photos in, depending on how often I remember to move pics from the devices to the computer. It was so much easier back in the day to toss out the blurry hard-copy photos than it is for me to delete a crappy digital photo, for some reason! I guess I'm thinking to myself subconsciously, "well, I could edit it and salvage it, maybe" or something like that? Even though I dislike editing photos, too. I don't know.

I find it easier, but I will say I have no problem deleting stuff. I do all my photos by year first, so I'll stick them in a sort folder in that year and then go through them first to see if I can delete any that are blurry, too many duplicates, etc. Then I name them by date/event i.e. . 2019-5-23 Picnic (1), 2019-5-23 Picnic (2) The physical ones I order I will add peoples names on the back of.
