Jake Sherman... ”The Afghanistan briefing this afternoon at the White House is for House Rs only.” The pettiness knows no bounds with this guy. Can you imagine the outrage by the Republicans if President Obama had done something like this? The Republicans would have been storming the gates of The White House. I don't know how this can be legal! It shouldn't be.

Oh, crap, what's her name press sec, just stated that dt was NEVER briefed on the Russian bounty on US Soldiers last March! Say what, how would she know?!?!?!? Kayleigh Mcenany, and she was on CNN for a few years before this. Google her. She's another one who spoke out about how crazy Trump was before he became President. She's a FL born person who has a law degree, she's married with 1 child (never have I heard her mention the husband or child). She chose to be a cable news viper guest. Check out her segment with Anderson Cooper where he just couldn't take her lies and he finally cut her off. I'll have to find the link. She is kinda pretty, but she's another aggresive, lying POS.

If there was ever someone that shouldn’t own guns it’s these two. Open the link to see them in action. CBS... link“White couple aims guns at St. Louis protesters”From the article... ”A white couple pointed guns at protesters in St. Louis as a group marched toward the mayor's home to demand her resignation. A social media video showed the armed couple standing outside their large home Sunday evening in the upscale Central West End neighborhood of the Missouri city. ”In the video, the unidentified couple shouted at protesters while people in the march moved the crowd forward, urging participants to ignore them. The woman is seen pointing a handgun at the crowd. A man is seen holding a rifle.” On Monday morning, President Trump retweeted video of the incident.“

I thought I saw that the idiot in Chief Re tweeted that one too!
Their house is the stereotypical mishmash of american architectural icon of Institutional racism a Mc mansion with fake Greek or Roman revival glued on. Nothing says “I’m richer than you, So there“, better than pretentious fake architectural elements glued on to your building. Nothing says ‘look at me I’m better than you’ better than if you glue an unnecessary colonnade to your building. Who “designed” that remake of a movie set house needs to take a refresher course back in architecture school.
Yo, architects, isn’t it time we looked at our Built Environment Iconography and make some huge changes!
No, I’m not saying tear everything down. But damn, can we move forward with some new built environment iconography? Maybe more honest of form & materials? Or even the ever popular mid century modern since we adore repeats so much?

From pandering to Putin to abusing allies and ignoring his own advisers, Trump's phone calls alarm US officials "One person familiar with almost all the conversations with the leaders of Russia, Turkey, Canada, Australia and western Europe described the calls cumulatively as 'abominations' so grievous to US national security interests that if members of Congress heard from witnesses to the actual conversations or read the texts and contemporaneous notes, even many senior Republican members would no longer be able to retain confidence in the President. Attacking key ally leaders -- especially women The insidious effect of the conversations comes from Trump's tone, his raging outbursts at allies while fawning over authoritarian strongmen, his ignorance of history and lack of preparation as much as it does from the troubling substance, according to the sources. While in office, then- Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats expressed worry to subordinates that Trump's telephone discussions were undermining the coherent conduct of foreign relations and American objectives around the globe, one of CNN's sources said. And in recent weeks, former chief of staff Kelly has mentioned the damaging impact of the President's calls on US national security to several individuals in private. Two sources compared many of the President's conversations with foreign leaders to Trump's recent press "briefings" on the coronavirus pandemic: free form, fact-deficient stream-of-consciousness ramblings, full of fantasy and off-the-wall pronouncements based on his intuitions, guesswork, the opinions of Fox News TV hosts and social media misinformation. In addition to Merkel and May, the sources said, Trump regularly bullied and disparaged other leaders of the western alliance during his phone conversations -- including French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison -- in the same hostile and aggressive way he discussed the coronavirus with some of America's governors. BUSTED: Trump engaged in 3-week ‘flurry of communication’ with Putin this year – and the White House hid some of the callsPublished 4 hours ago on June 29, 2020By David Badash, The New Civil Rights Movement President Donald Trump engaged in an unprecedented – and previously unknown – “flurry of communication” with Russian President Vladimir Putin during a three-week period earlier this year, according to a sister-network of Voice of America.“On March 30, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump spoke by telephone, the first of five calls between the two over a period of three weeks, a flurry of communication unprecedented during Trump’s 3 1/2 years in office,” reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFERL). Only one of those five calls, according to research from NCRM, was shared with the press. None were posted to the White House website, a serious deviation from prior practice.** “For many Russia watchers, the flurry of behind-the-scenes phone calls and other communications is a clear indication that something’s going on,” RFERL’s Mike Eckel adds. He notes, “the two countries’ diplomats have spoken at least three times over that same period, which also coincided with an unusual shipment of Russian coronavirus-related humanitarian aid to the United States.” NCRM reviewed titles of over 800 news briefings on the White House website, where the Press Office used to post details of all telephone calls between the President and foreign leaders, known as “readouts.” The White House appears to be hiding readouts from calls between President Donald Trump and President Vladimir Putin. In fact, in a serious deviation, there are no readouts of any calls between President Trump and any foreign leader that took place this year, posted to the White House’s website for the public to access.** Meanwhile, as NCRM has found, the White House gave the press pool readouts from calls between Trump and Putin for December 29 of last year, and March 30, May 7, and June 1 of this year. Only one of those dates, the March 30 call, is from the time period reported. But Al-Monitor’s Laura Rozen reports Trump and Putin spoke not only March 30 and June 1, but also April 9, April 10, and April 12.In addition to the fact that Russia attacked the U.S. 2016 election to help elect Trump, the adversarial relationship between the U.S and Russia is at a desperate low, after The New York Times reported Russia is paying the Taliban to kill Americans soldiers in Afghanistan. Other news outlets have confirmed that reporting. The Washington Post reported that “Russian bounties to Taliban-linked militants resulted in deaths of U.S. troops.” Additional reports reveal, despite his denials, President Trump was briefed about the Russian program, yet, in apparent deference to President Putin, took no action, nor has he announced any to date. ** www.rawstory.com/2020/06/busted-trump-engaged-in-3-week-flurry-of-communication-with-putin-this-year-and-the-white-house-hid-some-of-the-calls/?utm_source=&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=4883Related stories: [ www.rferl.org/a/russsia-us-trump-putin-reset-flurry-communication-diplomacy/30573019.htmlwww.rferl.org/a/lawmakers-press-for-briefing-on-claims-russia-paid-bounties-for-taliban-to-kill-u-s-troops/30697194.html ]

One more! Pentagon officials were ‘pounding on the door’ to get Trump to do something about Russia’s assassination bounty: WaPo’s IgnatiusPublished 6 hours ago on June 29, 2020By Tom Boggioni Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” longtime political columnist David Ignatius said that his own follow-up on the New York Times’ explosive report that Donald Trump’s administration was well aware that the Russians were offering a bounty for the death of U.S. military members revealed that Pentagon officials have been “pounding on the door” and trying to get Donald Trump to do something about it. Speaking with host Joe Scarborough, Ignatius said he was stunned by the report from the Times and started looking into the details himself for confirmation. “Based on my reporting trying to confirm the New York Times’ excellent story it’s clear in late March you had senior U.S commanders, senior civilian intelligence officials, in effect pounding on the door of the White House saying we need to do something about this, we need to come to a conclusion about what damage the Russian program is doing, we need to reassess our programs in Afghanistan and they couldn’t get an answer,” he reported. “To this day there’s not an answer, there’s not a real response. Was this because the president was briefed and did nothing or because he wasn’t briefed because people were afraid to give him bad news and kept it to themselves? I don’t know.” ** more at link: www.rawstory.com/2020/06/pentagon-officials-were-pounding-down-the-door-to-get-trump-to-do-something-about-russias-assassination-bounty-wapos-ignatius/?utm_source=&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=4883If you'd rather hear it all:

Hello all, Long time no post for me although I do come back to read from time to time. Barring my username, I'm a moderate Republican without a party and it's been like that for quite some time (began prior to 2016). If it makes you feel any better, I'm not alone in that there are more like me who never supported this POTUS and actually plan to vote for Biden because sadly to us, it's an anyone but Trump factor come November. Hang in there. I believe in "we the people" still.

”In a bizarre interview with Fox News last night, President Trump stood next to a sculpture in the Oval Office that he said depicts former president Teddy Roosevelt, and explained that statues are vital to learning about history. Trump went on to complain that some people want to tear down statues of President Roosevelt, just like the art in his office. The only problem? The sculpture Trump was talking about isn’t Teddy Roosevelt. It’s an anonymous cowboy from the 1890s.

The Teddy Roosevelt statue that is being removed in NYC has a Native American on one side and a black man on the other side, both standing on the ground with the possibility that they appear subservient.

”In the mid ‘90s when I needed to reach my dad, I’d walk to the pay phone outside my high school, drop in change, dial the @whitehouse operator and then be connected. Wherever he was. The President is always reachable if he or she cares to be.”
This was just over a video, but what if there were multiple 9/11 attacks happening and “he couldn’t immediately be reached”? My guess even BunkerBoy can be “immediately reached” he just chose to ignore his aides. So their excuse is worse than the truth.

Daniel Dale...
”Biden asked about Trump and the bounty story: "He talks about cognitive capability. He doesn't seem to be cognitively aware of what's goin' on. He either reads and/or gets briefed on important issues and he forgets it, or he doesn't think it's necessary that he need to know it."
”Biden on Trump and the bounty story: "The idea that somehow he didn't know or isn't being briefed -- it is a dereliction of duty if that's the case. And if he was briefed and nothing was done about this, that's a dereliction of duty."
Kyle Griffin...
”Biden: "He called himself a wartime president. Remember when he exhorted the nation to sacrifice together ... What happened? Now, it's almost July, and it seems like our wartime president has surrendered, waived the the white flag, and left the battlefield."

As for Pence that man is as boring as watching paint dry. The die hard Trumpers will never show up and vote for Pence. They will be pissed off and just stay home. That's my opinion anyways. As for the Democrats I think everyone is so god damn pissed off and will break record turnouts just like the midterms in 2018.

we will need to gloat over his criminal prosecution, and demise. If there aren't numerous prosecutions I am going to pissed. If Democrats start with their "it's in the past, lets move forward in a positive manner..." BS, the revolution may not be big enough. There won’t be prosecutions. There might be lawsuits and some judicial theatrics. But there is no way in hell a court is going to find an ex-president guilty of anything. And there is no way he’ll wind up for jail for any of it should he actually be found guilty. It’s just not going to happen.
