I went from having to have the new Speckled Egg Distress Ink and Distress Oxide Ink to now needing to purchase a storage tin for all of my inks. That only took a few weeks. I now have 12 Distress Oxides and still only one Distress Ink. Distress Oxide Storage by Dana, on Flickr I guess technically there is room for a couple more...

You have quite a few inks, there, ComplicatedLady. Looks like you need to take some of them out to play with! I have alot of Distress inks, but the only one I use consistently is the Walnut brown, for which I don't think he has an Oxide version. I like the versatility of the Oxides and how they blend on acetate sheets with a spritz of water, and how that looks when applied to cs.

I have been watching Vicki Boutin’s Facebook lives for the past month and using my oxides a lot. I thought I had enough oxides (about 15) but have now come to realize I need more 😳

Haha haha—ask and you shall receive!! Show me how you use Walnut Stain Distress and the Distress Oxide when you get it! I use Walnut Distress ink for edging, especially when I tear cs or pp. I particularly like the look when I tear woodgrain papers. I also use it with a sponge applicator for giving white cs an aged look. It is also my favourite brown for stamping on masculine cards and pages.

How fun! Definitely room for a couple more. I really want the new speckled egg color, but just need to research regular distress vs. oxides.

Us? Enablers? Hahahaha!!!
I do like the distress browns, especially the walnut. It’s my go to for stamping and edging.

I love, love, love the oxide inks. The Oxide Inks and Crazy Dog stamp sets made me an addict!

I like the versatility of the Oxides and how they blend on acetate sheets with a spritz of water, and how that looks when applied to cs. What is better, oxide or regular tim holtz inks for stamping basic images like words? I'm sure I have asked this before. I use Walnut Distress ink for edging, especially when I tear cs or pp. I particularly like the look when I tear woodgrain papers. I also use it with a sponge applicator for giving white cs an aged look. It is also my favourite brown for stamping on masculine cards and pages. Yea! That's good to know. RIP Chestnut Roan Cat's Eye ink pads. My favorite brown.
