I'm using another Erin Condren this year. I also like the Plum Planners except their paper just feels weird to me. I like my planners to follow the school year so I do the July-June option. I use a few stickers, but that's about the extent of my decorating. I am far from current with my scrapbooking so I use my planners to go back and know when things happened in our lives.

I use Get to Work Book. I like how streamlined and clean the pages are. I don’t play in my planner, it’s just functional for me, so plain feels right to me.
EC is too colorful and busy for me. I felt my notes and writing got lost in all the designs. I had a Plum Planner once and had a hard time with it. It was a long time ago, so I don’t remember all that bugged me with it, but I do recall hating that the dividers were their own thing, vs tabs on the monthly calendar page.

I use the Get to Work Book. It’s my fourth year in. I’ve also used one at work for the last three years. I love all the room for planning projects, keeping lists and making notes.
I don’t decorate, per se, but I sometimes use stickers and colored pens in my home planner. I’ve used bullet style planning at times. I’ve glued in photos for fun. I like that I can change it up throughout the year and not be locked into one style.

Still on the search for my “perfect” planner. I actually don’t mind trying new ones to see what features I like, dislike.
I used a Get To Work Book in 2019....there are a lot of great features that I loved. The grid paper is fantastic and the simplicity and graphic design are wonderful. However, I found it big and clunky and the coils are just too big for me. I still use several of her other products.
This year I am using The Rainbow Vision planner. I love the year/month/week ahead pages. I don’t like that the weekends are smaller than the weekdays in the daily section and the weeks don’t end within the month (like the GTWB). I also use a separate reading planner from Peanut Butter Taco. It’s fun but I don’t think I’ll separate that again next year....too much work lol.
Next year I’m planning on trying the Commit 30 planner. Someone mentioned it in a planner thread here last year and I’ve been anxiously awaiting to try it.

I used Happy Planner for 2017 and 2018. Then tried EC in 2019. Went back to HP for 2020.
I went back because I spent $80 on items that broke quickly.
The ruler page bookmark lasted 2 weeks before 2 teeth fell off.
My custom front page began to seperate at a corner.
My zippered pouch broke
The dash board no longer came clean after a month
I was pissed and the customer service was horrible.
Of course now, I will never buy an EC item again.
I will just stick with HP. Cheaper and functional.

Happy Planner for memory-keeping.
The Amazon Basics undated planner for anything related to home life. It's awesome for daily and monthly goal setting.

I like to keep things simple. Day book is a Moleskine because it’s small & light. Do an annual goals exercise in Inkwell Press insert. When I worked used Time Design. Only decorative thing is doodling.

I use it more for a diary, when I feel the need to write things down, or just want to play with my crafty supplies but not actually scrapbook. I got it because I'm uncertain of how I want to use one. My day to day life isn't busy enough to use an actual planner for its intended purpose. I typically only fill in the blanks the week I am going to use it, so it does make the blank monthly calendar pages a little useless.
If I continue with an undated planner, I'll probably switch to a smaller size.

Wanted to add
Then they did a "new and improved" design. Larger and spiral bound.
Still I do like separate columns for family members, but I would use it for different areas of my life like scrapbooking or meal planning. If I can find one similar to this format, it would be ideal for me.

Hobonichi weeks. I used the cousin earlier, but the weeks work perfectly for me now.

I haven't used these personally (because I use a TN sized bujo set up using notebooks from Paper+Cats on Etsy) but these journals from JM Planning Essentials look really nice, and I like the weekly layouts she uses - I avoid any notebook that combines the weekend days as if they have less going on than the weekday. She's also a small business, just started printing her own notebooks late last year. I have heard the paper is really nice quality. jmplanningessentials.com/product-category/planners/

I only use a planner for scrapbooking stuff. I’ve been using a Mommy Lhey one—undated and after July it’s finished. I also use a different notebook for scrappy plans, ideas, challenges, etc. it’s been bothering me to have two different books. And it’s also been bothering me that I am wasting all these pages in the planner itself because weekly isn’t my thing for this purpose.
I am going to a TN format where I can make a monthly spread and use the pages for notes.
I’ve solved a couple of problems. 1. I’ve wanted to do a TN and couldn’t figure out what to do it one 2. I don’t have to have two separate books for scrappy plans anymore. 3. I’m not using a planner with a lot of extra pages (I only use the monthly portion).

I use an academic Passion Planner. I don’t follow their whole “roadmap” system, but I got it because I wanted something bound (not bulky spiral) and I liked the time slot layout. I don’t make it pretty, but I have seen people do really cool layouts with it!

I use Happy Planner Classic size. It took me awhile to get there. I had another one in a binder I liked and they stopped making it. I tried making my own but that got to be too much and then did me no good because i wasn't in the mood to do all the work. Things like this went on for years. I have stuck with the HP for a year now so I consider it a success lol! I like that there are different options for everything. I like that when I change my mind or want to add to my planner it is so easy. I like that I can add in a whole section for December to what I need to keep track of. I like that I can have my weekly planner and then add blank pages for the end of the month for journaling and thoughts. I like being able to be creative a chunk at a time or skip it and do the bare minimum to outline my week(I am a weekly person). With that said, those are my needs and why's. You really have to "kiss a few frogs" to find what suits your needs and whys I believe.

I print my own - I’ve done it & stuck with it for 2 years now.?
I’m considering going bigger in January. Mostly a wider page that will fit vertical pictures. Probably similar to happy planner but happy planner doesn’t start out blank enough for me I don’t think. I’m pretty wary to make a change since I’ve done so well but I’ll try January and see how it goes.

I am using a TUL planner sold at Office Depot (and Amazon I think).. the only reason is that my work pays for it.. lol.... But I use it for work and personal. So far I have stuck with it for six months and still love it.

I've used the Happy Planner going on 4 years. I REALLY love it, but I'm getting tired of the bulk. I think I need something the same size but maybe a smaller profile, so I can take it in my bag.

I use the Commit30 planner. I don't decorate so I like that the Commit30 is no-fuss, efficient, and is not three inches thick. I can put it in my purse and go.

I use the compact. If I need extra space I use sticky notes.

I'm using a Carpe Diem a5. I think I mostly like this style for all the things I can put in it and how with the ring system you can "file" information. The pockets are handy to keep business cards, and I have a section where I keep envelopes, stamps, and some cards.

I use the Midori Travellers Notebook weekly for my daily journalling, and a Muji A5 weekly as a planner.

I love my large kikki-k. So bummed they closed their NZ retail stores but at least I can still buy online. I use their essentials inserts and make it mine with stickers and stamps.

I use a desk size At-A-Glance planner. I mark all my appointments in there. Whenever I look at it, it tells me where I was supposed to be and what I was supposed to do when I got there.

I've been using the Live Well Spend Less planner for three or four years now. I have one waiting that I'll start in September and I'll use through August 2021 and after that I'm not sure if I'll stick with it or switch. Link: livingwellplanner.com/
