Have you seen the new line from Pink Paislee by Paige Evans? www.paigetaylorevans.com/?m=1I love the color combination and this line is so beautiful, bright and cheery. It has some nice florals and patterns. It is definitely perfect for die-cutting as all her lines are. Hope ACOT has it for preorder soon so I can complete my pre-order purchase.

Beautiful!
I wonder if there's any chance of JoAnn's getting it in their stores ...

Oh that’s gorgeous! My teen daughter has been snapping pictures of butterflies this spring and summer so this would be perfect!

I like a lot of the embellishments but the papers not so much. I struggle with bold prints on paper. I really love the tangerine color in the collection. Would you call that tangerine?

Has anyone else realized the new collection doesn’t say Pink Paislee and the logo with her name is different. In her announcement it says it’s her 10th release with American Crafts but doesn’t mention Pink Paislee.

I assumed it was Pink Paislee but it does look like Paige will be designing directly for AC, wondering if she replaced Shimelle and will be interesting to see the new Pink Paislee collections and if they bring a new designer to the team.

I like a few of the papers to pick up just for fun, but couldn't see myself getting the whole collection. Strangely drawn to the Washi tape though! So pretty!

I like a few of the papers and embellishments but probably have enough travel stuff to last me now.

I really love it. They are really pretty- her lines always are. For some reason I don't scrap with them much, though. I'll make it a point to scrap with something from Paige's other lines this week.
I'll probably get all of the paper and the alphabet.

I really like the colours. I like some of the line but...if I hadn't looked closely I'd have no idea this was a travel line. I'll probably pass on most of it. TFS.

My thoughts: I love color but I can't tell if it's my computer monitor or the paper that are making my eyes hurt a little. Very bright... I might not have that problem in person.
A travel line without the Eiffel Tower? Is it possible?
I don't usually buy her stuff, but some of the papers are kind of speaking to me. The rainbow butterfly one (I cannot resist either of those things), the dark blue one and the ombre blue b-side of the bird paper.
I might pick up a few papers...

Except for 2 papers, the washi and charms, I can see using most of this collection. Even though it’s travel themed, I find a lot of the phrases/wordy items pretty versatile.

Meh. I like some of the blue shades but overall it is too pink and floral for me.

There are actually a couple of pieces in this collection that I quite like. I realised recently I need a white ledger in my stash and I love the floral die cut packs in general so will probably buy this one too.

I surprised myself by really quite liking this. It is very different to the usual travel collections I buy, but TBH there are only a few items in this line that are truly travel-themed to my mind. There are several very versatile B-sides, and overall I like the colours a lot. Not usually a fan of pink, but I do like the brighter, almost fuchsia, shade.

I love the colors, but it's a little too floral for me.
I would love to buy the chipboard and puffy phrases/words.

It's up for preorder at ACOT now. I love the bright colors and am a sucker for travel themed supplies. I picked up several of the papers and some embellies. It will go well with her earlier Horizon line

I'd love to have puffy alpha stickers the size of the puffy word stickers.
I really like the bright colors, but have a hard time using them. I don't care for the embellishments with words.

I appreciate the bright colors but this line is absolutely not my style. Too flowery, too big of patterns, too Any Tangerine ish for me.
Makes me even sadder that AC dropped Shimelle. Frankly they could have combined Amy Tan with Paige Evans and kept Shimelle.

Frankly they could have combined Amy Tan with Paige Evans and kept Shimelle. That is interesting, because I think Amy Tan and Paige Evans have vastly different styles. Paige Evans' lines absolutely scream Paige Evans- they stay with the same color schemes and usually have fussy, small scale floral prints. Amy Tan's can be a bit all over the place with colors but there is absolutely an Amy Tan aesthetic- it is much bolder. And Amy Tan is the queen of the random icon. I will never get over losing Shimelle's line. Her lines are so bright and happy and useful. I will miss them.

I like the orange map paper but since I only like that, I won’t be buying one sheet of 12x12.
