My family and I are National Park junkies. I have always just dedicated extra inserts in our PL albums to document our trips, but I’ve been thinking about doing a separate album for just those trips. This last week we spent a day in a NP, and the kids spent the whole next day rooting out the pages from our prior visits in all the various PL albums. So that sealed it - LOL. Definitely doing a dedicated album for this!
I am deciding between 6x8 or 6x12.
My question- finally, sorry! Is this: will BH 6x12 PL pages with the three holes match up with the 6x12 holes? Obviously I know more holes would need to be punched, and the middle hole is unnecessary- but do the top and bottom holes match up?
If not I’ll have my decision made for me! Thanks!

The only 6x12 I have are BH PP and they obviously fit in the BH albums I have the same as the 12x12 PP do. A cherry on top has 6x12 PP on sale this weekend but just the one format ( from AC or WRMK ) they look similar to the BH in terms of holes but obviously I can’t tell for sure on the internet. But WRMK 3 ring pp fit my BH 3 ring albums.
Where will you get a 6x12 album?

That’s why I’m trying to figure out if the BH pages (which I have a lot of, and can even cut down 12x12s) will line up with the rings in SC. I don’t mind having to punch extra holes, but I’m not sure if the BH holes will interfere with SC ring placement. Correction: the SC 6x12 albums are four ring, not six.

( well AC moore too but they are gone ) I don’t go there anymore so I can’t say if they still do. And I’m sorry I can’t say about the 6 rings & how they fit.

They *likely* won't fit. You'd need to repunch every single hole if you wish to use them in a 6x12 Inked album (contrary to the Inked 6x8 where the universal ones align for 2 holes and you'd only have to punch an extra 4). That's what I remember from the 9x12 Inked album with 4 holes I used to have but gave away. Can someone with a 4-hole Studio Calico/Ali Edwards album check against a universal 12x12 album and confirm this for honeypea ? Maybe mom? The BH ones were for the universal 3-hole system. WRMK sold 6x12 albums that fit them originally (they also had a variety of 6x12 page protectors). Sorry!

AC still has the 12x12 with the cloth spine and the majority of the cover chip board for altering. I’ll bet those would be easy to convert to 6x12- 3 ring. www.scrapbook.com/store/ac-76101.html?w=12x12+AlbumsIf it were me I’d cover the cover with my favorite NP trail maps when I made it 6x12. Or the NP bucket list paper.

Oh man! Thanks for the info, sleepingbooty! That’s a bummer, but good to know.

Maybe they’d cone in useful for this. I’ve never known what to do with them.

Update, in case this issue becomes relevant to someone in the future-
The SC 6x12 albums are 4 ring (I previously erroneously stated they’re 6 ring). SC had 6x12 albums as a Mystery Monday item, so I grabbed one for consideration.
The SC rings have two at the top, two at the bottom. The uppermost and bottommost holes do align with the top & bottom holes of a standard 3 ring space protector. I will need to punch a second set of holes to accommodate the SC album, but it’s totally doable without any overlapping of holes.
The holes on the SC page protectors that came in the 6x12 album have very little holes, makes turning the pages challenging! I imagine I’ll be repunching all the holes to allow better turnability. Not sure if all SC pp’s have such small holes punched.

I actually try to punch slightly larger holes because the holes on the SC page protectors seem small-ish so turning pages is a hassle.
