I'm bored, searching shoe deals (why? no idea) but it hit me that if I go back to work come fall I'm going to need some basic work shoes. I have sneakers (Nikes, Converse, etc) for Fridays. I have booties and riding boots and sandals (obviously they'll get little to no use....perhaps next spring I'll wear them instead of slippers ). But I don't have any regular, basic shoes. Something that will go with casual pants (think Old Navy pixie pants or colored jeans), perhaps a skirt if I get adventurous. I usually prefer something with a heel as I'm only 5'1" but I gotta be able to move in them....walk briskly, traverse a playground if necessary, etc (I'll be in an elementary office) though I won't be on my feet all day, it's a desk-ish job. Do you have a favorite style or brand? No feet issues so I'm not totally willing to sacrifice style for comfort.

I absolutely love jambu shoes. They feel like heaven on your feet. I would say outside of my running shoes that a good 80% of shoes in my closet are jambu. I think they are absolutely worth the price too.

I own a ton of Sperry shoes, along with Clark's, Earth and Earth Origin, Vionic, Ugg (not just their boots), plus other brands. These are all pretty comfortable for me.
