I’d like to search for examples on different ways to use this, but I’m can’t figure out a good search term. I have several from different lines, I can use a few sprinkled on a page, but looking for something a little more creative. Example-

I hope there are some great ideas. I struggle with those papers, too. I might cut out or punch out a few images, but that's about it.

Not an Earth-shattering idea but I'll typically punch some of them out & create layered embellishment clusters with them. I also save them & use them for cards.

Similar to Linda's post above here is a SG sketch that uses 2x2 cutaparts. Here is another SG sketch with another idea. You could use a couple like they're used on the top left. Janet from RTS has used 3x4 cut aparts as a 12" strip across the layout. You could do the same with 2x2. I also really like this grid using 2x2 cut aparts. You could also cut out the image that's on the paper and use it as an embellishment.

I often fussy cut specific images from these sheets, rather than using them as squares. I have also seen the middle portion of the sheet fussy cut out, and the outer row of squares being used as a border of the page.

Thank you, especially for the links. I feel like I’ve been saving these papers, but I want to use them, especially from this line.

I like making ATC's. They are small pieces of art on a 2½ X 3½ pallet, and made of any medium. Here is more than you want to know en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artist_trading_cardsAfter a few years of making mine somebody thought "Inchies" were the next big thing. Same concept as above but a smaller pallet. Of course I joined in. There was a company formed to sell Inchie platforms. Most indie stores sold them. The logo was an inchworm. Leaving their wisdom tooth at home, they developed "Twinchies", complete with 2" platforms. So to answer your query, it looks like you have 36 Twinchie backgrounds. You can google either one.

I use them as embellishments in clusters. They are really nice for grounding other embellishments. Sometimes I leave them square and sometimes I fussy cut them or punch out a circle.
By the way, the paper you posted is gorgeous. I love Simple Vintage. I have that line and the forest line. I've used the forest line but I haven't used the ocean line yet. I need to do that this week.

Those are some of my favorite papers in Simple Stories lines. I don't have layout photos on my phone so I will link a couole videos here that use these - I love a good grid design too. youtu.be/frb5DiRVeRgyoutu.be/HF6H_TsExyU
