I am not depressed (unless it’s a bit of depression to wish that my friends and family would just stop bugging me about stuff and leave me alone for awhile ... in which case, I might be depressed ... this is why I like my online friends so much)  but I am soooo tired all the time. I don’t sleep well at night, and I get super sleepy and draggy during late afternoon (mid-afternoon on a bad day) until mid-evening. Then I wake right up and could go half the night ... and sometimes do. Then I’m up early in the AM again and the cycle starts over. So I remembered that a cup of tea helps with the afternoon sleepiness, and I’m drinking one now. I make oolong tea in the afternoon, which isn’t decaf but has less caffeine than black tea. And I’m already feeling better now. And hopefully it won’t keep me up late tonight. Dinner will be rechauffe. I have chili rice and pizza, and lots of fresh veggies (not rechauffe).
