I never things the newest thing can be topped, but I've come to learn to almost expect it to be topped. My hope is for a strong president with a strong inner circle that respects the law and procedure of government. That's what we need. |

And so it begins... Scary. My first thought too. There are so many scary, shocking things have have come from this administration in the last 4 years. I never things the newest thing can be topped, but I've come to learn to almost expect it to be topped. My hope is for a strong president with a strong inner circle that respects the law and procedure of government. That's what we need. But the office is forever changed! We always assumed a certain amount of decency and decorum went along with being the leader of the free world. Guess that assumption got blown out of the water. Instead, we have a man-child who has no plans to attend the memorial service for John Lewis. There is nothing stopping a future president from pulling the same crap. That door is wide open now. |

Fuck that noise. You had your 4 years in office and you fucked EVERYTHING up. You’re not getting more time because NOW you’re concerned with everyone’s safety and we’ll being. America doesn’t want you anymore. Also if kids can go to school in person, and other essential workers can go to work (hell even non essential people can go to work) then we can have an election.

They hate it and want it to be "small enough to drown it in a bathtub" - Grover Norquist. Just big enough for a military and a few other "needs" that they get to define. Mostly the "needs" of big business and the wealthy - courts for them to sue each other over breach of contract; roads to get their goods to market at common expense, etc. Everyone else is just a lazy whiner. Unlike the rich plutocrats born with a silver spoon up their butt and millions in their trust funds. They view it as the enemy. In their world Fauci is not a tireless public servant who's given his life to study, reading, work. He's a "government bureaucrat". |

A mailed completed ballot is a ballot. What else is it otherwise?
When the Board of Elections gets my mailed in ballot, they check my name and mark that is has been received, probably check the signature too(but I actually not sure the order of the doings)
When I go to vote in person, they check my name that I have been there to vote.
One way or the other my name is checked that I voted, no one else can use my name!
Surely, no one wants two of me!
