How are most of you voting? I am on the permanent mail-in list, but I usually drop off my ballot at the local library.

My state does not offer mail in voting unless you meet specific criteria.
I have always voted in person on Election Day.

I checked off absentee--drop off -- but I'm torn... I really want to vote in person but I'm afraid about what if there's a virus resurgence around then. ? So I'll most likely do the absentee but drop-off because I don't trust the postal service.

Our county has already determined where and when our early voting sites will operate. The main one we've used in the past won't allow for enough social distancing so they moved to a location that has more indoor space - the senior center which currently can't operate their normal group activities anyway. I'm proud of them for working out this plan so early.
I will early vote because I don't want anything to come up that would keep me from voting. However, I'm not worried about the virus and our regular polling place. It isn't that busy if you go early in the day even on presidential/governor election years.

We normally vote in person but this time we are voting Mail-in and I will drop off the ballots at the Supervisor of Elections.

WA State used mail in voting. LOVE IT. I mail it in rather than use a drop box...you can track it's progress on the county's election website.

Mail in..... Will determine whether I actually mail it locally here or drop it off at another site! The local PO for where the Board of Elections is is right down the street and across from my doctor's office.

WA has been mail-in/drop-off only for several years now. I usually drop it off at the collection box at the library, but that's mostly because I never have stamps. Postage is now included, so I'll probably just put it in the mail. Depends on when I fill it out

Washington State mail in only.
I use a Dropbox. Our county has about 15 different ones. Super easy.

I haven't decided yet. I was planning to vote absentee because of my covid/health concerns, but I'm thinking I may just have to go in person because I will be damned if I'll let Trump and his lackey postmaster general take my vote away. My polling place isn't generally very busy even for a presidential election if I go at the right time.

We only have mail voting here, but I drop off just because it is close to our house.

I also vote via mail-in ballot for every election, but most times I drop it off as I have two locations that are very close to home. It is safer to me since we get reports of people stealing mail (we have standard mailboxes ie: ones that don’t lock).

I love to vote in person, but I don't know what November will look like, so I'm requesting a mail in ballot. Illinois is now a mail in state, which is awesome!

Another WA state mail in voter. I will continue to drop it off at a drop box since postage then comes out of what we pay in taxes. Tracking is the same either way.

We’ve done in person early voting in the past, but I registered for a mail in ballot this time so that’s likely what I’ll do.

I've been mailing in my ballot for probably twenty years. I am in a blue state so not too worried about mailing it as my one vote wouldn't change things much if it didn't get there. I would drop it off if my state had close races.

I haven't heard yet how our county will be voting. Primary was mail in, and off year elections have been mail in, but the last Presidential election was only in person, but did have early voting. So, if we are going off history, I'll be voting in person, early.

I'm in Oregon so we don't have polling places and receive our ballots via mail. I generally drop mine off because I rarely have stamps. There are several drive-up locked ballot drop boxes throughout my city.

We've been exclusively mail in in WA for years now. They finally made it postage free, too. Which is good, since I never use stamps and would have to get my ballot to a ballot box somewhere and that is just extra work.

in-person - undecided re: early or election day...we'll wear our masks and use our hand sanitiser and glare daggers at anyone who gets too close

I will likely take our ballot and drop it off. The newly eligible to vote teenager might go in person unless his absentee ballot is mailed to us as well. Then it will all get dropped off.

Utah has had mail-in voting for several years now. I love it for a lot of reason...no line to stand in, no inclement weather to travel through on election day. My favorite part is that when I fill it out, I can sit at my desk with the . gov voting website open so that I check the records of judges and refresh my memory of other local candidates. I feel like I'm more confidant in my choices this way.

I just completed my mail-in primary ballot. I usually vote in person, but I’ve requested a mail-in election ballot also. Not sure what I’ll do just yet.

In person on the day but I live in a small rural town. 2500 residents (maybe less) and typical 30% voter turn out (that number disgusts me). We will most likely be the only people in the building when we go to vote. I’m also considering volunteering to disinfect the voting stations between voters. All of our volunteers are over 65 so I’m not sure if they are willing to even come in. I don’t mind stepping in to help.

I put other because if polls will happen I will go in person. If my state moves to all by mail, I will vote by mail.

It depends how coronavirus looks in my area at that time. I have always gone in person in the past. If it looks like cases are getting high here again, I will look into the mail in option.

All mail-in state. The DMV has a drop-off box and is about 2 miles away, so we always just take it and drop it off rather than count on the USPS.
