I just opened my box. All but one pad was in there, which was expected, as that one is still processing and will ship separately. However, I received two of the same pad, and one other pad is missing. I just sent an email about it, hopefully I can make the exchange easily! Oh gosh, I hope so, but I had a super bad experience with a shipping mistake earlier this year. At the beginning of March, I ordered some Neenah solar white plus a few other things since I figured I'd be stuck at home and I was running low on cardstock. My order arrived...but they had sent me someone else's order of a bolt of interfacing. I emailed customer service, telling them specifically I didn't want a refund, I just wanted my items. Two weeks later, they email me back and say they will refund me. I email them back and say that I don't want a refund, I want my items. Another two weeks pass, they completely ignore what I requested and say the refund will be processed that day.. This was super frustrating because as we all know, sales/shipping on JoAnn fluctuate constantly and I couldn't be guaranteed to get the same prices on the items. About a month later, I happen to find that the items I originally ordered are on sale for a BETTER price, so I ordered them again and luckily did receive the correct package this time. All that is to say that you might have better luck directly contacting the store that shipped your order. When I got an online item shipped to me by my local store, the FedEx tracking email had the store's address, but the actual return address on the package was JoAnn corporate and the inside paperwork didn't reference which store it was, so I'd look at your FedEx tracking info. If you contact them and tell a manager that the person who picked the order made a mistake, hopefully they'll send you the correct paper pad. Otherwise, if you wait for JoAnn corporate customer service, they will probably just refund you for that one pad. (From what I've read on social media, this is their standard practice for any item that is not correct.) Good luck!

Oh goodness, sorry you had to deal with that mess! I looked at my tracking again and it does look like it came from a store, so maybe they can help if the email I get doesn't. We'll see.

Already heard back! They refunded me for the duplicate pad, and told me to either keep or donate it. They said that if I want to reorder the other one, to reply to their email with the order number once it ships and they'll refund the difference in price as well as the shipping. It's a gamble... but we'll see what happens. I'll keep you guys posted in case any of you run into the same problem.

That's pretty good CS, even though it is annoying that someone made a picking error. I am supposed to get my stuff tomorrow, so I will report back.

Yeah, I'm pleased. I'm also pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response and the refund. It's too bad the duplicate is pet themed and not something that I can use more of for my penpals, but I'll figure out what to do with it. Maybe I'll host a giveaway on my snail mail IG or something.

I wish I could open my package from Joann to check that everything is accurate, but I sent it to my Mother in Law's house because I didn't think it would arrive so soon and I'm going out of town Saturday! I don't want her to open it and check because of all the stuff I got lol

Peas! I have high praise for Theresa, from Joann's customer service team. The pad has shipped, I sent her the order number, the difference in price and the shipping cost have been refunded as promised - only 8 1/2 hours after I emailed her with the order number. Talk about fast service! I had emailed her at about midnight and I just saw her reply now, but it was sent at 8:45AM.
I'm a happy Pea.

Thank you, me too! I placed the original order FIVE DAYS AGO, and everything has already been shipped, delivered (with the exception of the Monster pad currently en route), addressed, and sorted out. Can't beat that service.

I am SO HAPPY!!! I received my whole order today, and everything was correct. I placed the order on Sunday and now it is here. My only complaint...I love the Gnomes Christmas Photo Play pack so much-I wish I'd got 2!
