Wow! Chadwick Boseman dies of colon cancer at 43 after a 4 year battle. He kept working as he battled this disease. How very sad  |

This is so sad! He was so young. And never gave any indication that he's been fighting this the whole time he was doing Black Panther and all those other movies

I'm so sad hearing about his passing this morning.
He was an incredible actor, who was a positive role model to so many young people who needed to see someone who looked like themselves in an intelligent & talented man.

Terribly sad news. I really enjoyed his acting. Black Panther is one of my favorite movies. May he rest in peace and may his family find some comfort in knowing how much he'll be missed.

The chemo drugs that are used to fight the colon cancer cells have very few visible signs (no hair loss as 1 example), so you wouldn't really know that a person is on chemo.
I have a friend who was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer a few years ago. In there mid 40's. They did a round of oral drug treatment. Now, a few years later it has come back, but metastasized on the liver. Now they are going to have surgery on the liver. Trust me, this person is athletic, very active and does not look at all like they have stage 3 cancer. This time they had infused chemo and the side effects were minimal to the outside eye, no weight loss, no hair loss or other outward signs. Cancer is evil.

It’s Boseman. I never saw any of the Black Panther films, but I thought he was excellent in Marshall. This is sad news. May he rest in peace.
