Lost my job due to COVID and slipped into depression which has kept me from doing much of anything. DD just diagnosed with Mono, my test was negative but I'm 99% sure something is really wrong. Off to the doc I go this week if I can get an appointment.

My life is pretty much exactly the same. I work, sleep, walk the dog, avoid places too crowded with people, visit parks that aren't very crowded. The only thing that's really changed is going to the gym.

I haven't accomplished as much as I should have. But with everyone home, anything I clean gets dirty and cluttered. Hard to clean when everyone is home. I clean best when I have the house to myself!

Not much has changed for me. I only had a week off work and 4 days of working from home. That week off was awesome though. I did gardening, cooking, scrapbooking, binge watching, all the fun stuff I never have time to do while truly relaxing. Other than that my life has been pretty normal, I just haven't been seeing friends or going to social events.

I selected: scrapbooking, binge TV, web surfing, walking, working from home.
I have also done more cooking than normal, but that option was "Cook/clean/take care of family ~ pretty much all day" so I didn't select it, because it's not something I do "all day".

I've cooked more than I have in years; I've binge watched more than I have in years and I've exercised more than I have in years.
I'm also working from home and out of the house.

I've moved, I've renovated my home so my granddaughter can move in after she gets married later this week, I've gotten rid of trailer loads full of stuff in the process.

I feel like my life is mostly the same just more time in the house obviously. I’ve been cooking a lot but with everyone home for all 3 meals we also do a ton of takeout. I’m exercising and getting out of the house every day I also waste a lot of time on the internet and I read a lot. I have organized my closet and my make up drawer but other than that I am certainly NOT cleaning or organizing the house top to bottom! I also work from home every day.

While I feel like I should have accomplished more, but looking back it's not as bad as I feared. I selected:
1. Organized/Decluttered - I have donated or trashed so much stuff. 2. Scrapbooked - I don't actually scrapbook, but have sorted/purged and digitized 20+ rolls of slides as well as 2 carousels that hold 120 slides. That's as close as I come to scrapbooking now. Still have 9 of those to go. Once done they will become photo albums. 3. Sewing/Crafts - I put together 3 quilt tops (large lap size) and pieced one back entirely from various sized scraps. I also worked on a few smaller projects 4. Surfed the web - I spent wayyyy too much time on the internet, both here and other websites. The first two months I had some foot issues going on and it was about all I could manage.

Worked from home. I normally work from home though. The main difference is that work has been insanely busy. We had some layoffs early in the pandemic and as a result I took on managing two other teams that were previously managed by a co-worker. Couple that with the retail nature of our business, things are always crazy in the summer as we gear up for holiday starting on 10/1.

After years of admiring liquid eyeliner on other people and thinking I would never be able to wear it myself due to my shaky hands, I started wearing liquid eyeliner around the house every single day, no matter how badly I applied it, and now I’m good enough at putting it on that I can wear it out in public.

My husband and I are both essential workers, and our daycare has been able to remain open this whole time, so (other than the week I was furloughed), we're still basically living the exact same life we did before the pandemic. We're homebodies on the weekends and have two toddlers, so we didn't get out much before all of this and are doing OK staying home now. The biggest difference is that we wear masks to/from and at work all day and the busses are a challenge with the covid cutbacks and limits on how many passengers they allow (for social distancing).

It's hard to think back that far...
Initially I was on a scrapbook and cross stitch kick, but that has died down since I had to relocate my supplies to basically put a school inside my house (four kids 100% online school starting Tuesday).
I have done more reading and writing recently... I'm really really really close to finishing a novel I've been working on for 5 years, but I didn't really get back into working on it until mid-August, so I'm not sure it counts. I've read 30 books since the middle of March.
I've given away on my local buy nothing group: an exercise bike, an entertainment center, toys, life jackets, art supplies, a dish rack, a saw, an end table, clothes, one of those kid flintstone cars, books... and enough random stuff from around my house that it feels a tiny bit less cluttered... if the train table were gone (I've tried twice) my decluttering would about as complete at I can get right now.
As for binge watching: all 251 episodes of MASH, 6 seasons of Criminal Minds (and counting), Blue Bloods (I don't remember what season we're on we're not done yet), the kids have watched all 31 billion Marvel movies, and I know I'm missing a few TV series in there...
When this all started, I was having some kind of PTSD or something and didn't do as much as I should have. Now I'm looking back and wondering why I haven't done more... but we did a lot of house projects (not on the poll) and eating from home 99% of the time takes up a lot of my time (cooking time, and cleaning up and planning) so...

I’ve been furloughed this whole time. I’m almost done with one whole scrapbook during this time. I turned a spare room / junk room into a guest room. During the first few months, I was cooking and baking a ton. While I was enjoying that, I’m kinda burned out on it ( pun not intended 🤣 ) Lately I’ve been eating salads and such. Basically, I’m pretending that I’m retired - but this will probably come to an end sooner or later.

Helped DH keep his business afloat, got a part time job, took care of my family...scrapbooked once my head cleared enough to concentrate, binge watched, did a little reading, took long walks, finally got up the courage to do take out, then grocery shop...progress!

I've done some scrapbooking but not as much as I would have liked.
I've done some decluttering - I have 22 boxes of stuff sitting waiting for Goodwill to reopen for donations.
I've been working some on organising and digitising mum's stuff
I set up some new family routines - we read every night at 830 for at least 30 minutes (usually longer). We play a game together on Friday nights. We're having charcuterie on Sunday's for dinner - and I've been working my way through my dip recipes and making one each Sunday
We (me and the girls) cleaned the house every Monday morning (now school has started, we've moved to Saturday mornings).
But I'm still struggling with motivation and mood. I started Welbutrin recently and I'm hoping that'll help

Life at home has continued much as normal for me. I get a lot done, but feel like I waste time too. I always look back at blocks of time like this and wish I’d put them to better use.
What I’ve done a lot LESS of is travel. I miss that terribly.

I did most of those and then some. While the reason for it is awful and there have been devastating impacts for many families and businesses, I’ve “enjoyed” the time at home with my family. Has it been hard sometimes, yes. Have I experienced more anxiety than I ever have in my life, oh yes. But, we’ve spent a lot of time together and I’ve taken better care of myself than I have ever, if I’m honest.

I've done some of those things in the past six months. In the "Other" category, I've had eight rounds of chemo, a lumpectomy, 18 radiation treatments (7 yet to go.) The past six months have been slightly shitty. But I have done a bit of reading, a bit of crafting, a bit of cooking, a bit of decluttering, too.

My life did not really change since the pandemic. I still work outside the home, but now I can actually WFH once a week. Otherwise it has been same old same ole.

I’ve had a ton of medical appointments/tests after suffering three complications from back surgery in March. I made some masks. I taught my aging dog to use a ramp into the car using pizza as a training aid. I’ve started a meditation/wellness practice in the morning after I wake up that includes journaling, and reading a variety of topics including poetry, social justice, politics and some fiction as well. I organized my bathroom drawers. I focused on enjoying our time as a family before DS returned to school.
Otherwise it’s been pretty much the same—daily walks, making soups/salads 2-3X a week, a lot of aimless staring off into space and doing a little collage.

I've been working from home since March 16th but I still don't feel like I have more time. Maybe it's because I spend too much time on my phone!
I did clean up my scrap room in the beginning but it's a wreck again. I've scrapped a few pages, crocheted, sewed some grocery bags and done some fall crafts but my supply input is much greater than my craft output. I've even shopped through my purged supplies waiting to go to Goodwill!
I did try a recipe from FB to make fluffy dinner rolls without yeast, yeah, they didn't turn out anything like the picture. They came out more like super salty pretzels. I tried several different made from scratch ranch dressing recipes and finally came up with one that I love.
Oh, and the most important thing I've done in the last 6 months? I discovered on my Tervis cup lids that the slider thing pops off so you can wash underneath it. How have I not known this? I've tried so many things to get underneath it and wash the creamer out of there, brushes, toothpicks, coffee stirrer sticks, you name it, I've tried it. Geez, it's the little things!
