I am really pleased with last week's effort - I managed an exercise walk on 5 days, with one further day having as many steps as my walk days just from my general activities.
This week, I hope to continue in the same vein - walk for at least 30 minutes on at least 5 days.

Today I did nothing at all, but my goal is to do arm stuff the rest of the week. I cannot wait to get my knee looked at so I can start pedaling. I miss it.

I’m still using the peloton everyday. I PR’d twice yesterday during two different rides. I’m hoping to ride over 500 miles this month. Im about a quarter of the way there right now. It’s too cold to swim in our pool now, so I’ll have to walk more instead. I should really get back to running and taking some strength classes too.

My goals are to get up from my desk every 1-1.5 hours and make a loop around the inside of the house and up and down the stairs. I usually only have 5 min between meetings, if that, so I’ve got to do quick things. But this is a good start, I think.

My goal is for intentional movement 45 minutes five times this week. I have a good start. Sunday I cleaned and swept out the basement and garage for an hour and a half. I was so tired after. Then Monday, I walked for over an hour at the beach. It was the nicest day of the summer there.
I have a walk/run planned for the rail trail this morning.

My goals: continue to close my rings daily. Go for walks (in addition to my other workouts) at least three times. Focus on my nutrition. Last week I ate healthier during the week and lost the 2-3 lbs that I had gained. But over the weekend we had to go out of town for a baseball tournament and had to eat out every meal. So, I’m back up.
Yesterday I did 30 min on the elliptical and then a 20 min lower body strength.

I ran/ walked a 10 k on Sunday, so my goal is group exercise the rest of the week. It may rain Wednesday or Thursday so I will have to compensate there somehow.

Walk everyday and spin and run alternating days. Got on my bike this morning and my favorite trainer is no longer one of their instructors 👎. I really need to increase my water intake too.

I had a busy weekend, wasn't able to workout and I am really feeling it! The scale shows it too. I was just starting to make some progress and then ugg.
So, today is a new day and I just have to get back out there.
Hope you all have a great week.

I haven't ever posted on this thread, but I've been good during COVID! I do BeachBody on Demand workout programs with a close friend in another state. We check in with each other and push each other on every day! (I'm *not* a coach. Not selling anything!) We just wrapped up Morning Meltdown 100. 100 workouts, June 1 - August 30th. This week we started a Hybrid of LIIFT4 / 10 rounds. LIIFT 4 is mostly weights and 10 rounds is a boxing program. We're doing that one Labor Day to Halloween! I'm also tracking my calories, trying to get my water in this week and adding a couple of extra walks on top of the 6 workouts. TRYING to get to -20 pounds during COVID. I've been as close as 18, but I'm at about 16 right now.

I've been mostly walking this week. It's been HOT though, so not much! Today it's cooler, so we started off with a 1.5 mile walk with the dogs this morning. I'm visiting my daughter, and she has a 2 story house, so I've also added stairs the last couple of days! I have to be very careful on the stairs because I have a bad knee, and I sure don't want a problem with it!! I brought my knee brace with me just in case I need it. It's only 76 degrees today, so I'm loving the break in the oppressive heat!! Our air quality probably isn't too good because of the fires in California--so don't want to have breathing problems either. There was ASH on the cars this morning. And yesterday, the sun was RED because of the fires. Sunday and Monday I wasn't feeling too well because it was just too hot to do anything! So, today has been much better!

I left for camping without internet on Friday and came back yesterday. I was able to get my third workout in Friday before I left town Today was my first of this weeks three workouts. Man it was tough! I only modified the clean jerk barbell sets to a push jerk. Everything else was the scheduled workout! My arms are feeling it tonight! And, Saturday and Sunday I got to kayak for my first time ever! So I got an extra 60 minutes of exercise both days And I had a great time doing it! Since it’s a short week, I have another Crossfit class tomorrow and then my third on Friday.

I did a great walk/run yesterday. I did a total of 3.2 miles, and it felt so good. Planning on a bike ride at lunchtime today with DH. He's working at home, so we thought we'd do something together. BTW Skellinton I bought the Schwinn IC4 you recommended -- just waiting for delivery. I'm very happy that I'll have something to work out on this winter.

I have been having some issues with my left eye so I haven't been able to get on the computer too much this week. It has been getting better but I might be a little MIA over the next few days. I will post our new thread for this Monday.

Wednesday: Took a 45-minute bike ride with DH. It felt great -- my first ride of the year. Thursday: Did a walk/run on the rail trail. Again, felt great. I upped my running portion by a little bit. Did 12X 1 minute run/1 minute walk on a 3.2 mile trip.
Best part, I saw a great blue heron, lots of frogs and turtles, and a beaver!

It's Friday! I slacked this week. I only completed 2 rides so far but also went hiking on Monday. Hopefully I will get in 2 more rides this week. I have yet to do a kickboxing boot camp class. I need to either commit to getting back on track with that or give up the membership. It's too expensive to not use.

My left knee keeps feeling like it wants to pop or something so I skipped today’s run and just walked and did an arm workout.
Our temperatures have gone down so I’m hopi g to go hiking this weekend.

Today is my third workout of the week. This is the first time since I started back at the gym that I haven’t wanted to go. I’m at a scrapbooking retreat and have to drive back to my gym for class. But since I started back I have gone twice a week for the first 3 weeks and 3 times a week every week since. So I’m not ruining that just because I’m being lazy!

So far today I've walked 2.5 miles. THAT doesn't tell the whole story though. half of that distance was UPHILL, and some was up some stairs that aren't registering on my phone. I was happy on the way back down. ha ha! We will go on another walk in a little while, so I'm not finished yet--
