For me it's a toss up between Scrapbook.com and Elle's Studio.

I just ordered a few things at A Cherry On Top last Friday and received my order today. I thought that was really quick. I also like Scrapbook.com

I like A Cherry on Top. But my last order I got a shipping notice on 8/25 thru FedEx and I still don’t have a delivery date. This has happened with other (non scrapbooking related) orders. I’m super frustrated with Fed Ex so may shop at other places that use another shipping method. I have a CV Legendary order on preorder from them and that is something I don’t want to have to wait any longer than I have to.

I stamp these sets but my favorite online stores besides the manufacturers are butterflyreflectionsink.com, ellenhutson.com, and scrapbookpal.com

I mainly order the new papers by the sheet, so I like ACOT for the pre-orders and for the shipping price. I can get a bunch of new stuff for $3.99. The next increment for shipping is double that, so I try to keep my purchase quantity in the lower range, which is still 20 or so papers.
My LSS will special order paper pads, so I'll get those from her.

scrapbook.com of course because they have everything! But, I also like to support my "local" stores and order from them online. memorybound.com and visitfireflyfarm.com

I generally keep my wishlist going and order from scrapbook.com 2 or 3 times a year. But lately cheapscrapbookstuff.com is my go to. I like the deals and since I tend to order single sheets, it works well. They don't always have the latest, but I am ok with waiting a couple months, no biggie. I just placed an order Monday for the Labor Day weekend sale and it shipped yesterday. I think the shipping prices are fair, at $40 is 5.50. Usually easy to get to $40 and can always throw in some adhesives.

I haven't bought much online lately except for monthly kits from Elle's studio or stamps from Everyday Explorer or Kerri Bradford. I haven't been creating enough to justify buying anything but that cheapscrapbookstuff website looks dangerous.

Scrapbook.com and paper issues.com
I only buy from ACOT if no one else has what I’m looking for. I never shop at Simon Says Stamp.

I love Scrapbook Generation, but also A Cherry on Top for what they don't have. I'll occasionally do Scrapbook.com. I do have a sub to Elle's Studio, but beyond the sub, I don't shop much. I use the sub for my school album since I want it to be quick and easy pocket scrapbooking.

ACOT is my go to online store. Their offer of preorders is a huge thing for me since I often order entire collections. They recently added Cocoa Vanilla products which is so wonderful since shipping costs were too much if I ordered it from CV directly. ACOT’s customer service is outstanding and the friendliest employees I have ever dealt with. Shipping is very reasonable, too!

And it arrived faster than expected and with a coupon for next time, so I might look around and see if I want to shop there for more basics. I haven't shopped very many places. Scrapbook.com is on my side of the country and ships fast and almost always has what I need. I have a pretty long wishlist there.

Not sure if you signed up for the emails to get alerts, but she has regular sales weekly and flash sales. Sometimes based on brand, sometimes theme. It's usually pretty good and you can stack certain offers.

I just got my first order from scrapbook.com today, and shipping only took ten days, which since it included a holiday, seemed really good to me. (I was playing with some of the sheets... I didn't expect some of the papers to be as thick as they are. That said, I love them. Haha.)
I've also ordered die cuts from Mosaic Moments, and they were super helpful when I wanted to combine orders.

Scrapbook Generation and Scrapbook.com I recently placed an order witb Paper Issues too and really liked them.
I also love me some Elle's Studio. But I think of that more like ordering directly from the brand vs being an entire store.

A Cherry on Top is my go-to source.
I have trouble shopping at scrapbook.com, for some reason it's hard for me to find the items I want. There's just something in the way their store is set up that doesn't work for me.
This thread just made me think of a shop I used to go to shop at - scrapbooking-warehouse.com. I haven't visited them for quite some time, I will need to check them out again. I mostly shopped there for collections of supplies like ink pads & re-inkers.
