My goal is to get back on track with AM aerobics. It is cooler now so I should be able to do it. Also, continue my PM walks. I am optimistic y'all! Have a great Monday!

My goal is five group exercises at the gym. The weather should cooperate this week.

My goal is 3 walk/runs for 30 minutes (plus 5 min warmup and cooldown). That's 15 sets of 1 minute run/1 minute walk. And two other days of 45 minutes of something (probably a walk or bike ride).
I kicked ass last week and more than met my goal. Hope to do it again this week.
I'm also going to add in some stretching time this week after my workouts.
This is so far away from where I was two months ago. I can't believe I'm enjoying it so much.

Barre six days, Peloton four.
I usually like to walk some, but not in this smoke.

I went for walk #1 this morning and forgot my fitness tracker! So my goal this week is 50,000 steps in 5 days. I have 6,448 steps for walking around doing chores and walk #2. I have a check up on Monday and I can't wait to show off my lower weight and lower heart rate.

Still doing my Apple watch challenge. I wanted to have a cushion of extra miles by yesterday but I’m just on schedule. It’s definitely taking more time.
I’m still riding my spin bike every other day.
Still need to add the weight training.

Hello, everyone! I am still hanging in there. We had a busy weekend with kids activities so I just walked in between games. Monday I did 30 min on the elliptical and upper and lower body strength, as well as a walk. Needed to increase my points in my challenge. I was sore yesterday so I did 30 min barre 3. Today I am going to try one of the new Peloton boot camp classes. Probably will walk tonight.

My YMCA keeps adding classes - Yay! Monday I did an hour of cardio step together. Yesterday an hour of group active (20 minutes of cardio step and the rest of the hour is strength training). Today is cardio step again. Tomorrow group active. Friday will be high fitness followed by a couple hours of yard work/mowing. Pre-Covid I did an hour on the elliptical before a class, but since gyms aren't allowed to run fans I haven't done that. I'm sweat a lot and don't want to walk into class already soaked. Keep moving everyone - it's so good for us in so many ways other than weight loss. I don't lose weight no matter what due to inactive thyroid, but my joints (even my 3 fake joints) feel much better after exercise.

I’m going to barely squeak by on my exercise this week. I’m kayaking Sunday. Wednesday a friend and I started Whole30. So far so good. Wednesday’s dinner was salmon, last night was creamy chicken mushrooms and spinach with a cabbage steak. Tonight I made sweet potato chili. Today was my roughest day so far. My 21 yr old was given 3 boxes of sugar at work. So she decided to bake She has now made a chocolate cream pie, banana bread and cinnamon rolls. Seriously Ugh, we don’t usually have homemade sweets in the house. She did say my chili smelled good. And I just ate some and it was good. She better get those sweets out of here soon!

FRIDAY: I struggled today but did get my aerobics and walk in this evening. This week I was extra sluggish in the mornings but proud I still got my exercise in.
