Sorry! Hopefully someone has a large spike tomorrow! That was a great price. I should check mine more than at night, if the price changes that dramatically. What time do they change? They are set at 8am, when Nook's opens, and at noon. So twice a day. |

My turnips are currently 191 bells. Not a fabulous price but ok. If you do visit, please excuse the mess. Its very much an island in (very slow) progress. My daughter has left stuff all around her house outside which she is yet to bring in and I am overrun with flowers in some parts.

This is such a regionalism -- both your way and my way are, just depends what region you're from. ....I have a friend who's from Minnesota originally and she says this. A lot of people do. My version would be "...taking it with you."  Some of my favorite threads here at the Peas are the ones where everyone says how they pronounce various words, or what expressions they use for something. And it's especially interesting when we get posts from those who are not in the United States.
That is funny because I am west coast, born and raised! I may have picked up things from my Gramma though, she was Pennsylvania to the core, she would ask us to “rid the table” or “offen the lights”. I do like to say those things because they are funny! I love little idioms people have too, my former boss was from Michigan and he always said, “meant” instead of supposed. He would ask the kids “where are you meant to be right now” instead of supposed which I thought was really funny. He laughed at me asking the kids to tuck in their chairs as he said push. |

I found watering cans near two roses, and near two tulips, so I watered those. I didn't water pumpkins because they were already sparkling and we know that extra watering doesn't get us extra pumpkins. And I found a DIY on the beach that I didn't have! A flat garden rock. I haven't ever "hosted" or hoped for dress up visitors so I must admit I am very excited!! The island name is Hopitti My player name is MakeMin The kids have houses here too - Raina and Herobrine (I think that is how that is spelled  ) Turnips are still pitifully low but Mommy has over 500 to sell on her island. |

So I sent one white and one Orange and here's why: you can purchase another white for yourself once you pick up (catalog) the one I sent you, plus you have the orange if you want it for Halloween stuff. And if you don't want it...then I'll buy you a white one tomorrow lol! ETA: I found a blue one just randomly on my island. I must have placed it thinking I was going to build something around it lol. I just mailed it to you, in case you want that color too. |
