I like DH working from home.
I miss large concerts, indoor dining and going places that require airline travel—like to visit my father. The warm months haven’t felt that restricting, but I’m dreading the upcoming cold months where I’m not going to be able to dine outside, watch a band outside or take day trips to outdoor places.

I honestly don't miss much. Live theater of course because now I don't have that extra income nor the pleasure of being a part of a theater production but other than that I can't think of anything I miss. I much prefer church online, I go to work 4 days a week so I get to see friends, I don't have a problem going to my favorite stores and we seldom ate out anyways so not being able to do that is not a big deal. I have a Covid bubble with friends we see often and I have coffee with a few friends outside. That will definitely change as the weather changes and we'll have to figure something else out but all in all although I don't love wearing a mask I'm just fine with the way things are.

I miss the normal of the school year, esp for my children and my senior daughter who is just not dealing well with all the adjustments of what she wanted for her senior year of HS. Mom of a 2020 high school graduate sending you and your daughter hugs.

I miss working on the couch at the coffee shop. sipping my coffee, sitting with a stranger, petting dogs as they come in, being included in the taste tests for new recipes because I was there all day. all of it!
I also miss needing a planner. I looked at my desk calendar yesterday and realized I don't need to leave the house after tomorrow for 3 weeks. That's WEIRD.

I’ve gotten used to being bored at home. I find things to do and still don’t keep my house clean enough, some things never change.
I missed the crowded restaurant atmosphere. Takeout and outdoor dining just doesn’t cut it.

I miss hugs from friends. And seriously embarrassed to say I miss TJMaxx/Home Goods. Online is not the same You're not missing much, they still have EASTER stuff and have barely gotten anything new for months. They started filling aisles with pillows to make it look like they have more stuff than they do. I quit going because there's nothing new to look at, to speak of. It was the same in Iowa as Georgia.

I miss getting a Starbucks and wandering around stores shopping and sipping. With a mask on, having a coffee is pointless!

I miss taking my kids to museums, zoos, etc. Anything that takes us out of the house and gives us a fun break where we can just forget about school & work.

I miss being able to go out and live without the fear of covid-19. I also miss hugs and travel. Traveling is the only way I can see my mom and sons in Texas.

I miss live entertainment and my aqua fit class. I miss going to inside church service, small group and women’s bible study. I miss going to Disneyland and Knotts. I’m tired of wearing a mask.

I've gotten used to my butt planted in my chair and I miss hugging my family.
