tuesdaysgone, is his low hemoglobin as a result of his known blood disorder or requires more investigation? He should be feeling better after the transfusion. Hopefully they can watch him closely so he dodsnt dip so far again.

Good afternoon. Busy day for me with oil change, lab work and several other errands.
We have a ton of pulled port left over, so we are having bbq pulled pork sandwiches again this evening with a green salad. Easy! sueg Congratulations to your son and best of luck to him! Exciting. tuesdaysgone So sorry to hear about your DH. I sure hope is will be okay. cadoodlebug Funny meme and I have no doubt you can find just about ANYTHING in Pumpkin Spice these days. Funny ND is one of the states I need on my bucket list as well. I was very close to it once. I have 47 states under my belt. Everyone's dinners sound yummy. I'd think I need to start inviting myself to dinner. Hope Tuesday finishes out well for everyone.

decorate my porch for fall/Halloween. I had to buy ornamental kale at the grocery store. The garden stores are sold out already Is the ornamental kale for your Halloween decorating? I'm getting ready to decorate, too ( CAN'T WAIT !! ) and I'm so intrigued. I usually always google before asking peAple questions, but I wanted to ask you also. I'm up for anything new and fun with decorating! I wanna make the yard/ house even MORE decorated this year to make it more fun! After all these months of this damn virus, we all need FUN !!!!! tuesdaysgone.....Any time someone says their doctor told them to go to the ER immediately, I get scared. Has he had the transfusion(s), how does he feel? Ugh, I HATE that we can't be with our loved ones in the hospital !!! It compleeetly stresses me out to imagine how hard that is for people !!!! It must have been soo hard for you to not be with him....(( hugs )) If it had been my DH, I don't know how I'd handle not being able to be at his side !!! Did they release him after the transfusions, or does he have to stay?

My dad is having sausages. I am having leftovers and I plan to make Japanese rice again today. Today is really boring. I am doing laundry and will go for a walk in a while maybe.
Your lives are so much more interesting than mine is. I am looking forward to eating dinner.
Yesterday was so much fun feeding the horses and sheep and goats. Today is just boredom.
Bff is coming over for coffee shortly. That will fun.

Incredibly frustrating work day; I'm looking forward to quitting soon! Tonight, we're set for cheeseburgers, fries and a green salad. I need to shop. Quitting for the day or for good? Oh, I wish it was for good! Soon enough, I'll retire. But not today, unfortunately, or until the current mess is cleaned up.

Everyone's dinners sound yummy. I'd think I need to start inviting myself to dinner. Sure! C'mon over !!! I'll letcha know when I make something that's actually YUMMY! Some nights, we just have cereal, a can of soup, or other boring things. I haven't MADE anything yummy in a while---but I'll letcha know when I do. This tribe has made many jokes about inviting ourselves over to dinner when someone mentions something yummy. If they add a pik, that makes it more inticing! A great example is our dear AussieMeg and drool-worthy dinner photos! We have talked about all of us traveling to the beautiful city where she lives, and enjoying scrumptious meals, giggles, and conversation with her. I've told her we'll all be happy to go to restaurants some nights, but we'd also LOVE it if she'd cook for us Of course we'd all chip in and pay some professional chefs to help her cook for us, since we're a large group! Now there's only ONE THING we need to address to make this happen: One of us in this tribe needs to win the lottery and pay for everyones' air fare, taxis, hotels, excursions, scuba diving gear, restaurants, etc. I'd also love for all of us to meet at jeremysgirl 's house and enjoy alllll her yummy breads, cookies, etc! Let's start with that as our first trip, since it's not as far as Meg's. (sidebar....I STILL haven't made it to the vent thread you mentioned the other day, Jergirl, but kudos to you for doing alll that cooking, and I just hope you have fun. I'm sure your vacation time is limited, so I hate to think of you using an entire week for something you won't enjoy. Oh, and I also wanna take Meaty and Mr. Pugsley to scrapmaven 's, where we'd have fun just talking, giggling, doing puzzles, and they'd just wanna hug and snuggle with her ...no need for any food !!!! But serioussssly, the thought of actually meeting all of you in person is sooo fun! Back in the scrapbooking heyday, I flew to a few scrapbook events and met many peas from all over the country, and it was such a blast to meet this person who you've only "known" through a screen before !!!

Is it the Canberra son? tuesdaysgone I hope your DH is ok and is ready to come home with you when you finish work. I made Sticky Ginger Chicken for dinner, and we had it with the leftover coconut rice from the other night. I chucked some greens in there too, to keep DD happy.

Mr. Pugsley wanted to say HI to everyone and tell you he's doing better !!!! He and Meaty and I need to sort through the boxes of decos and have fun !!! Mommy's bones were hurting her soo badly lately, she wasn't sure if she'd be able to decorate. But....thank God for a plant called marijuana, Momma's laughing sooo hard, she forgot her pain, and she's ready to decoraaaaate **PS....Halloween decorating was what i was doing a year ago when I fell hard and SLAMMED my poor humerus and had four fractures!!! Sooo, THIS year, we're being muchhhh more careful.

jeremysgirl ...... OMG !!!!!!!! I'm getting on a plane NOW !!!!!!!
I am *LITERALLY* almost drooling over your piks.....I still want to make those yummmmmy cappacino / chocolate fudgey cookies that you made. Oh, and .....I must explain.....I took a gummie candy with THC and CBD in it, annnnd, whoa !!! This plant needs to be LEGAL worldwide! It helps people with cancer, seizures, soo many other serious health issues.....sorry....off topic! I wanted to explain that I'm in an altered state right now, So, I found this pik from our anniversary back in August, and it is making me ROFL because of the amount of unhealthy carbs !!!!!! They were treats I'd baked for DH (his fave banana bread) and corn muffins for my Dad...... We just LOVE breads and cookies and muffins, and we're TRYYYING to cut down, but ummm..... Actually, DH has done really well.....but my Dad and I......notsomuch!

I forgot to say, thanks to the internet---I also got to meet an online friend and her Mom, who FLEW FROM ARGENTINA just to attend a SCRAPBOOK event! (It was called "Creating Keepsakes University" ANNND, a dear online friend and her sweet, adorable daughter flew all the way from Italy to Los Angeles for a SCRAPBOOKING EVENT! Sorry for all the "YELLING".....lol....the reason I put some of those in CAPS was because of the negative people I met in those years who thought it was some weird cult, etc. "WHAT? YOU FLEW TO LOS ANGELES to scrapbook with internet weirdos? " Those were FUN times!!!

Your lives are so much more interesting than mine is. I am looking forward to eating dinner. Girrrrrl, take an edible and go to youtube and watch funny puppy videos, or whatever topics interest you. You mention being bored a lot----have you considered volunteering? Of course right now, it's so limited, but there ARE things you can do online to help others! Example---writing cards./letters to lonely nursing home residents. This kind of activity "gets you out of your own head" as the saying goes.

Funny ND is one of the states I need on my bucket list as well. I was very close to it once. I have 47 states under my belt. So many of us need to visit ND in order to mark it off our lists. I propose we have a dinner tribe meet up in ND, in honor of our namesake AKathy. It would be so much fun. I nominate jeremysgirl to bring some baked goodies (those cookies look devine!) and scrappintoee to bring the 'fun' !

scrappintoee the ornamental kale will get mixed in with mums & pumpkins on my front porch steps. It starts out green and the center turns white or purple. Almost cabbage like. I need a trip to ND too. Have only been to WY & MT. jeremysgirl those muffins look delicious. I bet his family gets over it after they taste all your efforts. I hope your dh does well with his transfusion tuesdaysgone

Ex-bill’s wife asked me to translate at a nursing home but the woman has dementia and speaks no English. Both parents in Japan have Alzheimer’s and my ex-husband didn’t think they would make it the end of the year. It hits too close to home. Mum had dementia. I like the idea of eating a small edible and watching puppies on YouTube though. It calms me down nicely.

scrappintoee and Delta Dawn and any other peas, PLEASE be very careful when using the edibles along with your medical prescriptions. I have an acquaintance who almost recently overdosed by accident by mixing their meds with cbd / thc. Thank goodness that they were found in time & were revived.

Tonight we are going to have a rosemary garlic pork tenderloin, scallop potatoes, and a medley of roasted vegetables. If I feel “bakey” I might even make some bread. Oh wow, I wish I hadn't missed my plane to your house !!!! Everrrrything you listed sounds sooo yummy!!! You've inspired me to try making a pork tenderloin ONE MORE TIME....I say that because I've tried many times, DIFFERENT recipes, and it's still always soooo dry! Anyone with tips to make it moist, pleease share! We ended up pulling raw veggies, store-made chicken salad and some store-made caprese pasta salad from the fridge. They're both from ALDI, and we love 'em! They ONLY make the caprese salad in the summer, so I probably got the last ones. I hadn't been to ALDI in about 8 months or so...it was so nice to go back last night !!!! Their produce is so high quality and much less than other stores, too! I cannot get over the HUGE, scrumptious Honey Crisp apples they had !!! They are double the price in every other store I go to! ( I LOVE grocery shopping and regularly rotate to 5 different grocery stores, so I'm always aware of the price differences). Oh, and Aldi's avacados are only 59 cents !!! And the prettiest, freshest spinach, mushrooms, bananas, etc. etc.... for about half of what my other 5 fave stores charge !!!

EOM time makes my brain mush I always google BEFORE asking someone, but I can't find out what "EOM" means. Google only says " end of message", which I'm pretty sure you don't mean?
