ETA 10/25: Sign ups are closed. We have a total of 54 PEAS participating. We need a postal code from one participant and then the list will go out. I'll post here when it has been sent.
10/26: List of particiants has been emailed. The address labels will be sent when they've been formatted and I will post here when they're on their way. I don't imagine it'll be more than a day or two.
10/28: I just want to give a little update as there has been some confusion, obviously
I think (hope) that by now everyone has received the original email I sent out the other day. It has the participants' mailing info, as well as the December holiday(s) they celebrate. If you have not received it please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please privately message me with another email option for you. So far there seems to have only been an issue with two of the participants and both used hotmail accounts.
gemini_jen is going to work on formatting the addresses into labels and I will send them out shortly as well as post here to let you know to look for them.
HAPPY WEDNESDAY!
Final update 10/30:
Good morning! My apologies for the delay in sending out the labels. Everyone should have them now. If you don't, please PM me here and we'll try and get to the bottom of it!
Thanks, and happy creating!
PEA HOLIDAY CARD EXCHANGE #2
Hi Girls…here we go!
Please find the link to sign up below. Sign-ups will close at the end of the day on Sunday, October 25. The address list will be sent to the participating PEAS a couple of days after that. Thank you to J u l e e for agreeing to format the address labels for us. I, for one, really appreciate it!
Please note that my (and Julee’s) involvement in our holiday card exchange is limited ONLY to collecting and organizing addresses and providing them to PEA participants. I’ll check to be sure that those who join in are not brand-new PEA members, nothing more. Beyond that, you are agreeing to participate in an unmoderated activity.
This is the Holiday Card Exchange information that you all decided on:
Please do everything in your power to mail your international cards by December 1. Domestic by December 10. For planning purposes I’d imagine we’ll end up somewhere in 30-ish participants range, but please don't quote me on that.
That’s it!
Oh wait, one more little thing. Let’s purposefully call this a Holiday Card EXCHANGE, rather than swap. That way if anyone searches for this thread it should be easier to find.

REMOVED, THE SWAP IS CLOSED
Let’s make this Holiday Season as happy as we can for each other!

This is the Holiday Card Exchange information that you all decided on:
- You may use the name and address that you’re comfortable sharing. PEA name only? OK! Dog’s name? OK! PO Box? OK!
- The type of card you send (handmade, store bought, photo, postcard) is entirely up to you. The purpose of the card exchange is simply to spread good cheer, warmth, and light!
- Please send to as many PEAS as you are able to. Please note that you may receive more or less cards than you send out. The JOY we experience by sharing well-wishes with our fellow peas is the main purpose of the card exchange.
Please do everything in your power to mail your international cards by December 1. Domestic by December 10. For planning purposes I’d imagine we’ll end up somewhere in 30-ish participants range, but please don't quote me on that.
