I have the TV to myself and the wine is open. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. What do you recommend I watch? I am not into horror movies or anything too serious.
So, what do you all have for me?
TIA.

What do you like? The Mandalorian Season 2 episode 1 dropped today.
If you like Comic Superhero stuff, The Umbrella Academy is excellent.
If you like shows loosely based on history, The Great is wonderful.

I haven't started it yet, but my good friend recommended "Younger" on Hulu!
It's been around a while (6 seasons now, I think). About a 41 year old woman who is trying to break back into publishing, but can't, so she pretends to be 26! It's a Darren Star show (same creator as Sex and the City).
She said it's great Manhattan scenery and just like a "candy" show. Not great, but easy to watch.

What do you like? Movie or TV show? Don’t really care tonight. I can do a movie or a few episodes of a TV series.

Younger Offspring
As soon as I get the tv to myself I’m watching stateless.
Wait - I’m assuming you already watch this is us. If not I recommend that too.
ETA - Younger : 40 year old pretends to be 20 something to get a job. So funny.
Offspring : a woman who works as a gynaecologist juggles her love life and her crazy family. This show is one of the best I’ve seen.

If you want superhero I think the boys is good or the watchmen.

We are loving The Queen's Gambit, LOVED Away with Hilary Swank and the documentary, My Octopus Teacher, which is a slow paced but incredible story of a man and the octopus he befriends and visits daily. We were riveted.
Have fun tonight!

We loved The Boys, but it is *very* violent with quite a bit of gruesome disfigurement and blood. Watchmen was good and not uber violent.

What about Rebecca? Just 2 hrs. I'm going to watch it this weekend. I like both main actresses Kristin Scott Thomas (Four Weddings & a Funeral) and Lily James (Downton Abbey) and I really liked the book too.

One of my favorite movies just dropped on Netflix last week. Stranger Than Fiction with Emma Thompson. Will Farrell (I'm not a fan) was excellent in this serious role. Very unique storytelling.
