Who knows what day or month it is anymore anyway? When I typed it in, it gave me a suggestion and I wasn't having it apparently.

I went on Sunday to the one in Redwood City. Still slim pickings in the crafting sections but some new things are coming in. Store is totally stocked with general Christmas area.

My store got three giant pallets of chocolate (like five feet tall), and the manager said it will all be gone before Thanksgiving. Lots of Christmas in ours too.

I went on a whim on Sunday. They had Simple stories Winter Farmhouse embellishments. The pack with bows, ephemera and Washi 3 pack for $6.99. They also had a 2 pack of sticker books for $4.99, the one I purchased was winter farmhouse and a Valentines combo. They didn’t have any new paper that I saw. They also had Best year ever snap packs—this I also purchased.

It seems the only noticeable new items stocked during the past couple weeks are Authentique paper packs (some are just paper, while others include a sticker sheet or coordinating 6x6 cut-apart sheets/paper pad) for $6.99-14.99/each. Authentique isn't my style, so I've not purchased anything at TM lately.

They also had the 12 pack of paper with stickers, chipboard, and Bits and Pieces for $11.99.

I went in for some ink today and they really didn't have anything much. Some Hampton art 4 pack of smaller inks for $5.99 which is what the price is right now at Joann's. They did have The Calendar Collection by Authentique for $9.99 and I ended up getting one. My big deal was not scrap-related, though. I needed a suitcase to send to my daughter in Switzerland as she cannot come home and needs some winter things (and Christmas presents!). I found one with a purple label and it was 80% off and I got a 29" Anne Klein $340 suitcase for $18! Woo hoo! I felt like I could go and buy some full-price ink for what I saved on that!

Please consider checking its contents. A friend returned it due to the inconsistency with weights/textures/colors/patterns within the pack. For example, she reportedly couldn't use papers for the same month together because one paper was relatively lightweight & smooth with brighter colors & another was heavier, textured, & distressed with muted hues that clashed. Also, there were only four months of calendar patterns; she needed a calendar page for each of 12 months for her project.

All the pages were heavier cardstock and there were 12 months of calendar pages. 36 pages altogether and some really cute patterns.

A few new finds today. My store finally had some of the Simple Stories packs - Holly Jolly, Vintage Christmas & Winter Farmhouse - the 12x12 kits with die cuts, etc. No 6x8 Dec Daily album kits.
a few new PL Core Kits and Value Kits - the HS overlay value kit (hadn't seen this one in the store yet), Core kits = Sweet, Better Together, Project 52 RAD, Sweet Memories (or something like that)
Shelves are slowly starting to fill up with Christmas stuff, still considerable empty space, but getting better - I'll take it!

Quick stop. Saw saw Project Life kits and a few other things, but nothing that made me even consider purchasing. I will reiterate what an above poster said, there was a table up at the front of the store will various crafts including scrap.

Today was promising. They had new Simple Stories packs, new ephemera/washi packs, Doddlebug rub ons, Ephemera 3 packs (zip tied together) for some 6 x 6 pads they got last week, lots of plastic storage (repeat stuff), and markers galore.

Our stores stocked more holiday lines from Simple Stories - 6x8 paper pads for $3.99/ea, 25-sheet (same pattern) paper packs for $4.99/ea, embellishment packs (containing 3 packages/types of embellishments) for $6.99/ea, & Snap Card packs for $3.99/ea - & WRMK tools (e.g. Mixed Media Glass Mat, Marker Airbrush, Mini Laser Square) starting at $9.99.

Picked up the WRMK mixed media glass mat for 19.99 and I LOVE it already. Have the smaller square one, and it was not quite big enough. Been eyeing the TimHoltz one but it is black, and I do not like working on a dark surface. Plus it is $$$.

That size is usually $40 at sb.com

Been eyeing the TimHoltz one but it is black, and I do not like working on a dark surface. Plus it is $$$. What do you use it for? Everything, LoL. I do ink blending with brushes and ink smooshing on it, as the glass tends to be a better surface for that than a non stick mat. Also, I watercolor with my ink pads, usually distress, by smooshing the pad down and picking the color up with water brushes. The white area will be perfect for that!! Great for collaging and multi media stuff, mixing paint directly on it, using as a palate for gesso or collage medium, as the glass makes for easy clean up. I can use heat gun to emboss right on the glass since it is heat safe. You can cut on it with a craft knife. I do not, as I think it dulls the blade. The grid is nice for laying things out. I bought the square one a long time ago, and it works, but this wider one is going to give me much more area to work, and have a nice big white spot for my inks or paints or whatever over on the side. ETA: Always do any hot glue gun work on it too.

They seem to have new paper packs: variety packs, paper pads, and also some with 25 sheets of the same paper in one pack. I love the latter, since I do both scrapbooking and card making. There have been very few of the 25 sheet packs for the last year or more, at least as far as I have found.
They had Say Cheese “Disney” Christmas and Halloween papers at the end of October in those 25 sheet paper packs. I still need to finish our Disney Christmas trip album, and I have a couple of Queen & Co. “Magic” themed shaker die sets that will work nicely with those paper packs for card making. They had a November sticker. I found them on Oct. 31st.
I went back again on Nov. 7th, and there were even more packs of papers of all kinds.
There were packaged Hero Arts ink pads in different colors. Nothing of interest in stamps or dies IMO.

Not a whole lot new today at my Tuesday morning, but I did find 2 of the SS 6x8 Country Christmas binders - yay. some new WRMK tools, a few new paper packs from Fancy Pants (and some 6x8 paper pads from them as well). Some new Sticker pads - mostly from the Happy Planner. A few SS ephemera sets - all Christmas / Winter. None of the newer 25/pk single page packs I've been seeing post on Instagram - look like my store primarily got those from the Crusin line or the MMouse lines.
Happy shopping peas!

DH went in Tuesday Morning today - it's not especially local to us (about an hour) but between the Target and Trader Joes in a plaza and he was going to both so swung in. He picked up an EP Happy camper Collection, an Authentique october collection (I LOVE it) and 2 25pk papers - both of which I'll find useful. He did really well.
