I did basic chicken breasts and sweet potatoes today. Super easy. Separately or together?
Together! I brushed 3 frozen chicken breast with a little olive oil on both sides and seasoned them generously. Placed on the trivet over 1 cup water. Then I added 4 washed sweet potatoes on top and cooked for 16 minutes NPR.

I received an Instant Pot from my daughter for Christmas last year and haven't even taken it out of the box. I will be following this thread! I need something to motivate me to try it. Are we twins! Lol! I want to use my Instant Pot, but I’m a little nervous to try. Does anyone have a simple pork loin recipe or an easy beginner dinner? (Anything but eggs or yougurt...sadly, I can’t tolerate either one) Thanks! Lisa |
