Made me laugh that one of the replies said that the only Places that would welcome the Trumps are places they wouldn’t be seen dead in! Maybe they could all move to Schitt’s creek ?

Another scandal in the WH, bribes for a pardon... Figured that was happening long ago. Didn't we all? Now I just wonder if at least one person was a senator from the south. Oh, how we can hope!!

dt is trying escalate federal executions. About 60 on death row.

dumpster don just gave a speech that he described as “this may be the most important speech I’ve ever made” which is a 46 minute video on Facebook.
He wanted everyone to know about this speech so he tweeted the video.
And got nailed by twitter..
As noted by Aaron Rupar trump even had graphs....
The Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves and Foreign Leaders are laughing so hard by what is happening they have tears rolling down their cheeks.

DT *is* and WILL BE a "massive dump" on the American fabric of history for a long time to come. because he and his cronies have TAKEN a massive dump on the Constitution.
('massive dump' is his term from the video... it's very fitting.)
ETA: I heard on MSNBC yesterday that his campaign has raised something like $150 MILLION DOLLARS, JUST SINCE the election. He is the consummate huckster-- MOST of that money is going right into his coffers.

I keep hearing and reading that the majority of the money his supporters are contributing to his supposed "overturn the fraudulent election" fund is really going to pay down his campaign debts.
What a loser. I don't feel sorry for anyone who is still contributing money to this grifting asshole.

I have never wanted a person to just go away as much as this, even my crumbling marriage with a gaslighting control freak I didn’t feel this trapped. I feel trapped. He won’t stop no matter what the courts say.
( might be because my ex might be a controlling asshole but deep down he’s a decent human especially if we don’t live together )
I swear there HAS to be a remedy in the legal system somewhere to make him shut the hell up and go away to his hole in Fl and keep his mouth shut. Can we ‘divorce’ ourselves from this asshole?
Like just go away asshole. Just go. Your useless anyway. Just go to Mar A Lago and shut the hell up. And for god sakes stop grifting from the country.

The one thing that someone with the last name of trump should never grouse about is wasting taxpayer dollars and acting like they care.
That family excelled at wasting taxpayer dollars.

Or maybe don’t use your own hotel? Duh!
‘To avoid the appearance of conflict of interest wether it’s there or not’ is a key point in my relatives civil service training every year.
Apparently the Trumps didn’t get the same training every other civil servant gets?

This could be the greatest damage trump has done to this country. Trump is replacing them with unqualified loyalists, correct? How quickly can they be let go? No reason not to rehire professionals, correct? We are 45-ish days from the inauguration. How long would these professionals need to be unemployed? Would they come back not knowing what might happen in four years? One would think they would want long time jobs.

Would they come back not knowing what might happen in four years? One would think they would want long time jobs. Possibly. I think 4 years is about all the job security anyone has these days. I think that while longer term job security was the standard in the past, it is not anymore. You know, I don't have personal experience in a union protected job, so maybe that makes a difference. I don't think the scientists or technical experts he is working to eliminate would be unionized positions elsewhere, would they? Government has career employees. Much is interconnected but not the same job. In general people work their way up over the years. There are many detail that are learned over the years. Not all positions can be filled by people off the street. Think State Dept. What happened at an embassy 5 years ago can affect what happens today. Very fine details..

So Ivanka tweeted yesterday that in her deposition she told her staff to charge "fair market price" to the inaugural committee in 2017 Turns out that "fair" price was $450,000 PER DAY So the government (of course led by Trump) paid Trump's hotel (his personal business) $450,000 each day. Surely that can't be legal??

I was meaning that I don't think it is easy to cross over to private sector and think that you will have longer term job security. I don't see many employers thinking long term commitment to their employees. But I am typing as I am thinking. Just thinking that if you had extensive experience or knowledge, that you would be open to returning. Even if you did have to worry about another Trump presidency in 4 years. Because in my mind, the private sector is no more secure than that anyway. And we will all hope for the best in 4 years anyway. I'm thinking they could well find better nicer jobs and not want to come back to government.
