I hate browning ground beef, trying to separate the big chunks into crumbles. You need a mix and mash from pampered chef. One of my very favoorite kitchen tools. And no, I don't sell PC Mix and Mash
I hate dicing onions

I hate browning ground beef, trying to separate the big chunks into crumbles. A potato masher will help with that. It's what I use. I hate making biscuits. It just ends up being a big mess.

Peeling anything. We are making apple pie and mashed potatoes. Two things I’m not looking forward to peeling.

Sharla, I use a pastrty blender to chop up the ground beef. I might try that, if I use the cast iron skillet...

Peeling anything. We are making apple pie and mashed potatoes. Two things I’m not looking forward to peeling. I don't peel apples for apple crisp. Maybe you could skip it for the pie? I just sloppily/half-ass peel potatoes for mashing or soup. Just one circuit around the potato with the peeler, leaving probably 10% of the skin still on it.

Pulling the meat from a rotisserie chicken 😖. Even though I wear disposable gloves, it’s still created a mess. And the 2nd dislike is the clean up afterwards.
