I got groceries, does that count? Yeah - me too. And I actually had money to shop with but nothing caught my eye enough - I think because I haven't touched my recent acquistions and haven't been scrapping.

I mostly managed to avoid temptation this weekend, though I picked up some distress oxide pads that I'm excited to try out and I upgraded my Silhouette software to the Designer Plus edition since that was 50% off.

I managed to avoid temptation all weekend until I looked last night at the Elle's Studio sale. I had contemplated getting the December daily type kit, then there was the cute stamp set that you could order...or got added free if you ordered $100+.

So I had good intentions of not buying anything. Then I bought white cardstock, and I wanted some page protectors so of course I threw some other things in my cart to make the shipping worthwhile, and then I bought some stuff at the FJ sale because she actually had a discount that made it worthwhile. Now I"m just waiting for all the happy mail to roll in Me too! It was not my fault. But the BF thread happened. I can't wait until my happy mail gets here.

I purchased a few Christmas items from Paper Issues, Color Cast Designs and 2 stamp sets from Kerri Bradford. I placed an order with Scrapbook.com earlier this month it took forever to get here.

Bought a cardstock bundle from Tonic Studios. It was a good price. Got a few goodies from scrapbook.com and got 3 freebies out of it! Nothing too special-adhesive, storage unit, embossing folder, and a punch. Was going to order from my somewhat local craft store, but couldn't make up my mind on some stuff. So, I will wait a week or so and support them with some purchases. LOL!

I went to 2 Michaels and one of them twice and bought clearance stickers like there was no tomorrow. I bought hundreds of stickers. It was like a drug! I was so happy. I love stickers. I would go buy more if I wasn't still somewhat sane.

oh wait....crafty related?
Coco Vanilla papers, pixie spray and an embossing static bag.

I purposely stayed away from this board!
I bought 2 sketch books from SG. I filled a cart at Felicity Jane....great deals but I refused to pay $14 for shipping. I’ve subscribed for the past year but think I’m done for awhile.

I almost made it. Almost. Until I watched Laura Alberts video and she mentioned that A Cherry on Top now has Cocoa Vanilla. I went to take a peek and saw they had collections I missed. Plus the Cyber Monday sale was still going so I went down in defeat. But I got some inspiring supplies coming!

Outside of an order with PinkFresh, Concord & 9th, Stampin Up, and Honey Bees...I was offline for most of the weekend. Let's not forget the order w/Queen & Co (actually 2 orders), and Tim Holtz stamps from Stampers Anonymous that I've done since I last posted. I seriously have a shopping problem. However, I do use things as they come in - so it doesn't just get added to a pile.

I received my Elle's Studio order and was a bit underwhelmed by it. The SB grab bag is hit or miss every year and this year was a pretty big miss. Then 1 of the 3 4x6 stamps in both grab bags were date stamps...of which I ALREADY had duplicates of. Then 1 of the remaining 3 in each were ones I already had, 1 of which I already had a duplicate of as well and not something I would have expected to have received since it's a reproduction of a stamp set she's had for a long time (and until this sale, I didn't know she had begun to offer it again, either). Overall, I'm happy with what I got, but the pricier items were disappointing because of the lack of new stuff over last year (usually the Spring sale has a lot of overlap, but the Black Friday sale includes more new things...not this year...probably because she's spent so much time focusing on adding 6x8 stamps and those aren't included).
My Pinkfresh box is MIA. It was due today and hasn't had any activity since getting to a hub in Houston. I figure it will get here eventually, but I expect I'll be more excited by that one and I really hope it begins to move soon!!

And I already have them as well, granted the span of years is different though. And I’ve gotten a duplicate of this before too. Got one other stamp that was a duplicate of one I already had. The scrapbook grab bag had the same puffy sticker set that was the freebie in my box (white month stickers). Otherwise I’m pretty happy. I can never get enough of her alpha stickers!

Hum, the scrappy shopping for Black Friday? Technique Tuesday, then over at Heartfelt Creations . . . also got my birthday present from my Mom at HFC. Then picked up some cardstock at Joann's a and a stamp or two, plus bath bomb making supplies. At Michael's cardstock. Then on Cyber Monday I finally ordered my new desk top . . . been waiting, AND Photoshop Elements 2021 was $40 off on Cyber Monday, wahoo!
Lots of online shopping for unique gifts for family. So I think I'm done!

A LOT of dies and stamps. I got my Big Shot a month ago and I'm obsessed with it. So I've got a bunch of orders coming from SSS, Spellbinders, A Cherry on Top, ect. Plus 12 new oxide inks from HL. (Yay 40% off!)
With any luck, I'll have at least one package today!

Last year mine was great! I almost didn’t grab it this year but decided to since it was good for me last year. Overall it was still “worth it” to me since it was fun and I didn’t get many duplicates, but I would have been better off spending them money on sale items I wanted for sure. It ended up costing the same as the items on sale for mine. I almost grabbed the stamp grab bags but decided to just buy what I wanted since there were 6 stamps I wanted for certain. If you want to sell your duplicates I may be interested if I don’t have them. I’m building up my stamps for project life pages.

A LOT of dies and stamps. I got my Big Shot a month ago and I'm obsessed with it. i've been buying a ton of dies lately too! i don't know what's up with that. i see them at a good price and i buy them. then on a whim, i found a new version Cuttlebug on FB marketplace. it popped up because i was selling my Cricut Expression and updating my listing. i wasn't even looking for another one. the one i had was perfectly fine but the new one was such a great deal that i couldn't pass it up. i actually sold my OLD cuttlebug on sunday for more than what i paid for the new one. since friday i've bought 4 more dies and i have a bunch coming from Alie Express. someone seriously needs to take my Paypal away.

Lol. I just ordered a bunch of Christmas dies. Some are knock offs of brand dies I can't find anywhere.

Huh, that's funny because I've been really into dies lately too, and bought a bunch of Tim Holtz ones for Christmas cards and tags.
In my Black Friday shopping frenzy I actually bought two of the same stamp set! Argh, I could have spent that money on something else. The second one was a spontaneous purchase over the phone when a store that I ordered from called about my order - so I was rushing and not thinking it through because I was caught off guard. So now I'm trying to figure out what to do with it.
Does anyone else here from Canada ever order from R&R scrapbooking in Edmonton? They have great prices but their entire ordering system is just strange.

Does anyone else here from Canada ever order from R&R scrapbooking in Edmonton? They have great prices but their entire ordering system is just strange. I ordered quite a few times from R&R, but years ago... nothing recent. I did find myself on their site a couple of months ago, but I haven't really been buying a whole lot of scrappy things lately and their site didn't hold my attention long enough to browse. I did just place an order with SSS. After I saw what Nicole Spohr did with their latest kit, I had to have it!
