What do you use to corral your most used tools on your desktop. I've been using a fabric kind of tote, but it's more for taking your tools to crops and I'd like something a little nicer to keep out all the time.
Talking about tools like pens, glue, scissors, tweezers, erasers, pencils, etc. The things you reach for every time you create.

I have a table tidy from tonic and that holds a lot of glue & adhesives. I bought bar magnets to go around the outside to hold metal things. Then I have a wooden ‘cup’ for pens & brushes

My desktop is a counter top on cubes. My DH added a slim drawer under the counter for me. Love having all my stuff at my fingertips and hidden away.

I have a magnifying OTT Light that has attached bins around the base, that hold my scissors, bone folder, etc. Then I have a few small boxes I made from cardstock that hold blender brushes, pens, rhinestones, etc.
I'm interested to see what others use because I'm always looking to improve!

The organizer on my primary work surface is a Pottery Barn Kids Art/Craft Lazy Susan, bought probably 15 years ago (like this, but in white). Check out Pottery Barn/Teen/Kids/Outlet, Ikea, Michaels, Joann, HomeGoods/Marshals/TJMaxx, etc. for similar (& other styles of) desktop organizers. HTH.

I have a small plastic box for my small tools. It's one of the sort that snaps to other boxes so you can use the bottom of one box as the lid for the one beneath it ( I forgot who makes them. )
It was really handy when I went to crops every month, so I just kept using it when I scrapped at home because I was too lazy to unpack and repack every time.
Sometimes I think I'd rather have something pretty, but it's more important to me to have something portable.

I use a black plastic Pampered Chef rotating tool organizer for most of the things I want at my fingertips. I also have a pink metal cat one from PBK last year I think? I love that they rotate.

I have this one from IKEA, but in white. The back section holds my score board and stamping platforms. In the middle section I keep pre-cut card fronts and on the right side scissors and snips. The front holds stamping blocks, post-its, glue tubes, tape runner, tweezers, pokie tool, craft knife, etc.

I am using it to hold my December Project stuff right now.

See...I checked PB Kids and regular PB, but not Teens! I like that one too and that they also have the rotating one with the same design. I also like the gray, my walls are gray.

Get a kitchen shelf from Walmart. It's a wire shelf. It will give you more space to put things beneath the shelf and on the shelf. I use one at home and when I go places to scrap.

I bought the metal chicken feeder container from HL but I haven't set it up yet.
I'm going to use mason jars inside the divided compartments for scissors, etc.

I have a tool tote/caddy from Archiver's (RIP). I love it, although it's almost too big/bulky.

Ooh, now that I see that IKEA organizer is 13” wide, that’s a came changer. It’s so hard to find options that fit 12x12 paper.

I use this 2 tiered tray from Hobby Lobby. I have coffee cups/jars in the top to hold pens, scissors, etc. I also use binder clips on the edge to hold random stuff. The bottom holds my 4x6 trimmer and a small basket of little stuff. link

I use a fabric tote to sit on my desk and I have a spinning 360 clear organizer fro SB.com to hold additional supplies that sits close to my desk, but doesn't take up space if I don't need those items. They are B Squad items.

I have an old Martha Stewart desk organizer similar to the IKEA one. It holds my stamping platforms, small score board and a small cutting mat standing up in the back, and glue, acrylic blocks and scissors in the other spots. I really like having those things standing up and easy to grab. I have my pens and pen-shaped things in a mug. That was free. Everything else lives in drawers. I have had my eye on a little pen/tool organizer that Layle by Mail uses and sells, but it's doesn't have enough bang for my buck to beat the free/already owned pen mug. laylebymail.com/collections/tools/products/aqua-stash-n-store

It wasn’t available in store when I went 2 weeks ago. Nice to know it holds 12x12.

But they sell these on Ali Express also... linky but you kind of have to shop around to see who has the best price + shipping cost

Still use my old spinning Tote-Ally tote which live on top of my Raskog next to my desk.
I find a lot of items similar to those listed above at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods/Marshall's. TJ's prices are the lowest of the three. TJ Maxx also often have the fridge bins at a very good price.
