Well, I've decided that I want to complete my 50th spin class on New Year's Eve. I started on Oct. 1. Today I finished ride #36 so there is a lot to do in the next 2 1/2 weeks.
My routine for the week: -Spin classes ✔✔✔✔ -yoga ✔ -one 5 km power walk

In only one more week, each day will contain a little more daylight. Yay! My goal is 37,500 steps for the week. We're expecting a snowstorm on Wednesday and I'm looking forward to bundling up and walking in the snow, but I don't want to walk too far in my unsupportive boots.

My goals are to walk and yoga. I may try aerobics but my left arm is sore. I pulled something a few months ago and it flared up again. Gotta take it easy. Great to see you all today!

I don't remember how much I walked on Monday--Tuesday I walked 3.2 miles. Today I walked 4.1.

I've updated my original post. Three spin classes so far this week. More importantly, ride 37 since Oct. 1. Pushing to get 50 rides in by the end of the year. However, I am open to rest if my body is really fatigued.

Week update - I've hit all my goals except for the yoga class, haven't tracked one down yet. But I'm walking like crazy and have been to three boot camp classes so far. I think I'm going to like this "outdoor" lifestyle, but I sure miss the snow!

I met my goal this week, despite 14 inches of snow. Most of the sidewalks were well maintained. Wow kibblesandbits, 15,000 repeatedly is a lot of steps. Even if we had warm weather, that would be ambitious for my pace and stride. Good for you!

Yesterday I walked 3.4 miles, and today 5.2 miles. It was warmer today! and the wind wasn't blowing, so I got some extra steps in!

Y'all are kind of intimidating with these high numbers. I just joined Apple Fitness last night and did a new beginner's workout this morning.
