I have only ever scrapped trips we've taken (Chicago, Lancaster/Hershey, and Norfolk) and our wedding/honeymoon, so I am thinking of making a 2021 book.

I have an album idea for 2021 that I am going to try to see through completion. My youngest will be starting college in August and I'd love to put together a small album for him that includes life advice/stories/memories/notes, etc from friends and family - something he can take with him as he will not be attending locally. I'm picturing one page each for longer notes/stories from close friends and immediate family and maybe one page per family unit for cousins, aunts, etc. I can include photos of the person/family and in some cases, just glue in their note, or type out their story and put that in. He has a great part-time job and a very motivating boss so I would include a page for them. He's involved in so many groups and clubs at school - FFA, JROTC, NHS - so maybe a few teachers, soccer coach, friends....I just started mulling this over this morning so my head is spinning, but I am going to give this a try. I think he would really love it!

Oh another goal I have is to comment on someone's project at least once a day. I belong to a lot of FB groups and better than just hitting like , I'd like to actually comment. I think it is nice for the person posting. And something more than oh that's nice. I love it. Try to point out what I like.

My magpie brain likes to flit & my focus is more toward art but
Make more books/albums with the beautiful scrapbook papers I have to a better bookmaker Continue making cards for donation Keep up with Wanderlust 2021 Might select a technique each quarter/month(?) & really dive in - gel printing, watercolor, etc. I’ve dabbled before, but now have more time and the space to explore
Happy New Year!

I think everyone understands when buy people don't have time to comment on everything, but its nice to feel that someone really LOOKED at something they made.

I got part of my 2021 organizing finished today. I have made a Tools list (1-31). and another list of items in my room (1-62) that can be used on my layouts. vexedangel gave me a site to use for a spinner you can type in choices, and pickerwheel.com lets you put in 1-100 (maybe more) numbers. I labeled each of the tools and items with a number so I didn't have to type in actual choices. As I tried it out, I can see that I have some things that need to be changed or added as I go. I tried out the spinner and got glitter, sequins, and mists. Haha. That is going to be one messy layout!
